【摘要】 经过近几十年的发展,中国国际工程承包企业已逐步在市场中占有一席之地。如何提升企业核心竞争力,使得这些企业未来可持续发展,项目融资及其管理是关键问题之一。本文选择工程承包行业为具体研究对象。对于我国企业而言,在走向世界的历程中,合理使用“信用保险+外贸贷款”方式整合资金,可以强有力的提升自我硬实力,在国际舞台开疆辟土。但是,在项目融资和资金管理过程中依然存在诸多问题,需要进一步深入研究。本文在案例分析的基础上,提出了改善中国国际工程承包企业资金体系构建的建议。即可考虑从项目所采用的商业模式(即项目的特点)为起点,来设计适用的融资方案,以此为基础建立个性化的项目资金管理体系,最终确定适用的从“商业模式→融资方案→资金管理”的“三位一体”的国际工程承包项目资金体系。本文的结构安排如下：第一章为绪论。主要有研究的背景及意义,研究方法及技术路线,创新与不足及主要研究内容。第二章为研究综述及相关理论基础。对相关研究文献进行回顾,包括信息不对称理论,委托代理理论,内部化理论。第三章为国际工程承包行业及项目融资的现状。首先对资金体系作了界定,分析了中国国际工程承包市场现状,探讨了国际工程承包项目融资管理现状及问题。第四章为中国国际工程承包项目资金体系分析。首先,比较了国际工程承包融资的不同方式,总结了各种融资方式存在的共性和差别,以确定不同融资方式和相应的资金管理模式所具有的特征和对不同项目的适用性,并分析了国际工程承包项目资金管理状况。第五章针对几个有代表性的案例对中国企业国际工程承包融资管理进行具体分析。其中包括信用保险在国际工程融资中的应用个国际工程融资中蒙贝拉电力项目。随后,重点对M公司轻资产卖贷融资产业链资金管理模式案例进行了分析。对M公司国际工程项目的承接和融资方案的确定、资金管理体系、风险分担与管理及其他因素进行了较为全面的讨论。将各类案例进行比较,从中发现问题并提出解决问题的方法。最后一章在总结研究结论的基础上提出了建议,确定了进一步深入研究的领域。更多还原

【Abstract】 After decades of development, China’s international engineering contracting enterprises have gradually in the market place. How to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, so that the future of these enterprises sustainable development, project financing and management is one of the key issues.These papers select the project contracting industry as the specific research object. In the process of "going out" of Chinese export enterprises, the financing mode of "credit insurance+export credit" has been used to effectively improve the international competitiveness and further expand the international market. However, there are still many problems in the process of project financing and fund management, which needs further research. Based on the case analysis, this paper puts forward the suggestions to improve the construction of the capital system of China’s international engineering contracting enterprises. Can be considered from the project the business model (i.e., the characteristics of the project) as a starting point, to design a suitable financing scheme, take this as the foundation to establish personalized project funds management system, finally determined from the "business model, financing plan, capital management" to "three in one" of the international engineering contracting project funding system.The structure of this paper is as follows:the first chapter is the introduction. Mainly have the research background and the significance, the research method and the technical route, the innovation and the insufficiency and the main research content. The second chapter is the summary of the research and related theoretical basis. A review of the relevant research literature, including information asymmetry theory, principal-agent theory, internalization theory. The third chapter is the current situation of international project contracting industry and project financing. First, it defines the capital system, analyzes the current situation of China’s international project contracting market, and probes into the current situation and problems of international project contracting project financing management. The fourth chapter is the analysis of the capital system of China’s international project contracting projects. Firstly, comparison of different ways of financing of international project contracting, summarizes the various financing methods exist similarities and differences, to determine the different financing modes and the corresponding mode of funds management has the characteristics and for different projects applicability, and analyzes the international engineering contracting project funds management situation. In the fifth chapter, the specific analysis of the international project contracting and financing management of the Chinese enterprises is carried out in the view of several representative cases. Including credit insurance in international project financing in the application of international project financing Bella Mongolia electric power project. Subsequently, the focus of the M light asset sale loan financing industry chain of funds management model case analysis. The international project of M company to undertake and financing options, capital management system, risk sharing and management and other factors have a more comprehensive discussion. Compare all kinds of cases, find out the problem and put forward the method to solve the problem. In the last chapter, the paper puts forward suggestions on the basis of summarizing the research conclusions, and determines the further research areas.更多还原
