【摘要】 普洱茶是以云南大叶种晒青茶为原料,采用特定的加工工艺生产,具有独特品质特征的茶叶,因其具有独特的“越陈越香”的特点,加上有多种保健功能,近年来备受国内外消费者青睐。“普洱茶银行”是近年来兴起,以经营普洱茶为目的,具有银行、茶叶金融仓储公司经营特征的全新茶叶经营模式。“普洱茶银行”是茶叶产业发展中的一次经营模式创新,是产业发展与金融结合的产物。它的出现,是基于普洱茶具有越陈越香特点,具备储存升值的权益,由此诞生出茶叶的托管、存取生息、拍卖等经营活动;在储蓄中又可与金融的价值链契合,衍生出金融仓储等多项功能创新。现有较为典型的几种类型功能“普洱茶银行”:(1)保管功能。2003年陈国璋在广东江门首创茶艺乐园——茶窑。茶窑具有茶叶存储、保管、交易、鉴别功能。2006年改为广州百福茶叶有限公司(后称为“茶叶银行”)。(2)拍卖和鉴赏功能。2005年云南思茅市政府推出“普洱茶收藏拍卖银行”。这拍卖银行有着采集茶品、收藏保管、科学存储、调剂余缺、茶专家打理、全优化包装、挂牌上市、公开拍卖、参观鉴赏、防假弃伪等10个环节。(3)与金融产品相契合功能。2009年建设银行云南省分行联合龙润集团推出普洱茶信托理财产品——龙润普洱茶立方壹号。这个产品认购价50万元起,设定年化收益率为7%;2011年大益集团联合工商银行推出“中国工商银行——大益普洱茶“黄金组合”普洱茶投资理财产品”。此产品全球发行500套,认购价格10万元一套。(4)存茶增值功能。2010年,广州振兴茶业(原春香茶行)聘请大学茶学专家教授为“普洱茶银行”作技术指导,代客贮藏普洱茶并承诺5%的最低回报率。(5)抵茶融资,还资赎茶功能。东莞天得茶业股份有限公司推出的“天得茶叶银行”,提供下单采购、差额融资、委托出售、存储转卖、抵茶融资、还资赎茶等业务。本文在总结他人建立“普洱茶银行”经验的基础上,结合自己多年经营普洱茶的实践经验,通过茶叶感官审评、生化实验等方法分析研究普洱茶贮藏价值及银行效益,探讨普洱茶银行式贮藏建设与管理的模式,提出普洱茶银行建设与管理的新模式,为普洱茶厂家、经营普洱茶的同行及爱好者、收藏家提供一点借鉴与启迪。本研究提出普洱茶银行式贮藏模式的建设包括:(1)基础设施建设,(2)电子平台建设,(3)管理团队建设。普洱茶银行式贮藏模式的管理包括:(1)仓库管理,(2)陈化管理,(3)增值服务管理,(4)文化管理。普洱茶银行基础设施建设主要是指用于贮藏普洱茶的仓库建设。普洱茶银行仓库建设对地址选择、周围环境、室内空间比例等都有严格要求。同一产品分别在香港、广州、昆明三地不同的地点,仓储条件可能存在较大差异,存储6年后外形、内质以及生化成份上均有明显差异;同一产品贮藏不同年份品质的变化较大,在一定的年份内,生普贮藏随着时间的延长品质提升,但熟普变化不大,生化分析结果与感官品质结果一致;论文还分析了2005年至2015年最近十年大益普洱茶的价格行情变化,虽然价格有起有落,但可以明显看出,2015年的价格分别是2005年价格的9.7倍--32.6倍,最高峰时其增值可达到了44.1倍,可见,贮藏普洱茶具有明显的增值效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pu’er is made from sun-dried raw tea a with a which auses Yunnan-big-leaves-sundried-raw-tea as specific process, It has unique quality and unique aroma which becomes better as time goes by, In recent years Pu’er has attracted many consumers at home and abroad, for it’s quality and various health-care functions.“Pu’er tea bank” is a new business mode which springs up in recent years. It has the operational characteristics of bank and tea financial storage company. It is a business model innovation in the development of tea industry, and is the combination of industrial development and financial innovation. Its appearance is based on the unique character of Pu’er tea(the older, the more fragrant) and the interests of storage and appreciation, and then nurture custody, interests, auction, etc. Savings Pu’er tea fit with financial value chain, multiple functions innovate such as finance and warehousing.Several typical types of “tea banks” are as follows:(1) Tea Banks with storage functions. Chenguozhang founded Tea Art Fairyland and Cha Yao(Tea kiln)in 2003. Cha Yao has different functions such as tea storage, tea trade and tea identification. In 2006, it was changed to Guangzhou Baifu Tea co.(later known as the “Tea Bank”).(2) Tea Banks with auction and appreciation functions. In 2005, Si Mao(a city of Yunnan prouinle)municipal government launched a “Pu ’er tea collection auction Bank”. It has ten links including tea collecting, custody, scientific storage, regulating supply and demand, being management by tea experts, optimizing packing, public stock listing, public auction, visit and appreciation, preventing fake commodities.(3) Tea banks combined with financial products. In 2009, the CCB Yunnan branch bank united Longrun Group and launched a Pu’er trust wealth management product, the NO.1 longrun pu-er tea cubic with subscription price of 500,000 yuan, and an annual return of 7% interest. In 2011, Dayi Group and the ICBC jointly launched the “ICBC &Dayi Puer “golden Combination” Pu’er tea investment and finance products”, whose global circulation was 500 sets and subscription price was 100,000 yuan per set.(4) Commitment to the appreciation of tea saving. In 2010, Guangzhou Zhenxing tea industry(original Chunxiang tea company), invited tea science experts from university to guide “Pu’er tea bank”technical guidance. The “bank” helped customers store Pu’er tea and promised to return 5% of the minimum rate.(5) Tea banks with the function of capital financing, and redeeming tea.“Tiande Tea Bank”lanched by Dongguan Tiande Tea Industry co, LTD, the fouowing bussiness: provided purchasing order, margin financing, entrusting the sale, storage and reselling, financing and redeeming tea.By learning and summarizing the “Pu’er Tea Bank” established by predecessors, combining with many years of working experience in running a tea business, the storage bank value and storage model construction and management were investigated through the sensory evaluation of and biochemical analysis, this results can be used as refercence by tea factories, business peers, Pu’er tea fans and tea-collection lovers.This paper results are as follows:(1) Pu’er tea bank infrastructure construction;(2) Electronic platform construction, such as trading platform system;(3)Building of management team.The management of Pu’er Tea Bank style storage pattern includes:(1) Management of Pu’er tea warehouse;(2) Aging management;(3) Value-added services management;(4) The cultural construction of Pu’er Tea Bank.Pu’er tea bank infrastructure construction mainly is refers uses in storing the Pu’er tea the warehouse construction, it has the strict request as the warehouse construction to the address selection, in the environment, the room the space and so on all.The identical product stores separately three place different places in Hong Kong, Guangzhou, the Kunming, the warehousing condition possibly has the great difference; after stored for 6 years, Pu’er tea contour, the quality as well as the biochemical compositions have the obvious difference; and the different product stored in the different years, it’s quality great changes had large happen. The quality of Pu’er tea were improved along with the stores time prolonged;the biochemical analysis result were consistent with the sensory evaluation quality.This paper also analyzed the recent ten years to benefit the Pu’er tea greatly from 2005 to 2015 the price quotation change; although the price has great falls, but it is obvious,2015 price is 2005 9.7-32.6 times, even high point its increment might achieve 44.1 times.
