【摘要】 现今世界,信息技术影响着社会生活和社会生产的方方面面,房地产行业也不例外。在国内房地产行业竞争加剧,市场格局快速变化,行业增长率正在不断缩窄的大环境和大趋势下,如何利用信息技术帮助房地产企业增强竞争力,提高内部管理的效益,值得深入研究和探讨。本文以NG公司为研究背景,介绍了信息化规划的内容,并探讨了以办公自动化及流程管理系统为代表的典型的信息化建设。首先,在综述国内房地产行业的信息化发展和建设水平,以及房地产行业信息化特点的基础上,介绍了NG公司的信息化现状和存在的问题,并分析和总结了造成这些问题的原因。其中,主要和突出的问题体现在没有进行系统的规划,没有明晰组织和岗位职责,没有规范信息化建设的制度和流程等等。然后,针对NG公司的信息化问题,提出信息化规划的必要性、目标、原则、规划步骤和规划方案成果。同时,将具有较强普遍性意义的办公自动和及流程管理系统项目作为NG公司信息化建设的典型案例,提出建设思路、步骤,以及如何来保障系统的运行和持续改善。最后,对工作中的成功经验和不足之处进行了总结,为NG公司或者其他公司以后类似的项目提供依据和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The information technology affects the social life and production aspects, also including the real estate industry. In today’s China, the big environment and trend is that the estate industry competition is heating up, the market structure is rapid changing and the growth elasticity is constantly narrowing. The question of how to enhance competitiveness, how to improve the internal management efficiency by using information technology is worthy of further study and discussion. This paper takes NG company as a case, introduce the information planning and then take the Office Automatic and Process Management System as the typical information construction as an example, to provide a reference for similar enterprise and similar projects.First of all, the author summarizes the level and the issues of the information development and construction of the real estate industry at home, and then introduce the NG company’s information status and existing problems, summarizes the causes of these problems. In general, the main and outstanding problem is without the systematic enterprise information technology planning, without the clear organization and job responsibilities and without the rules and process to building information system and so on. Then, in order to solve the problems of NG company information construction, and puts forward the necessity of enterprise information technology, goals, principles and steps in planning and planning results. At the same time, the OA and Process Management System project for typical NG company’s information construction case, which has strong universality significance. So the author proposed construction of ideas, steps, and how to support system operation and continuous improvement.
