私募投研销一体化系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 自私募基金管理人登记及私募基金备案制度出台以来,宽松的政策环境使得私募行业得以迅猛发展。同时,私募行业的特殊性决定了其业务与IT系统密不可分。作为中国证券理财软件行业的领袖,同花顺制定了合适的私募IT发展战略,在激烈的竞争环境下及时提出私募投研销一体化产品的需求。作为一款理财项目,同花顺私募投研销一体化系统是一款为中小型私募机构专门研发的集投资、研究、销售等功能于一体的综合交易风控管理平台,提供从研究到投资整个业务链的解决方案。论文首先针对私募行业软件系统的发展现状以及现有的股票交易软件系统存在的问题,设计出本产品的形态为网页管理端+交易客户端。其中网页管理端主要负责管理功能,网页管理端的后台采用Struts、Spring、Hibernate等Java EE框架技术,针对整个业务平台的风控系统、报表汇总、交易账号、权限管理、机构管理等做了很好的统一管理和灵活设置,同时也是有效进行风控管理的核心。交易客户端后台主要采用了Lua和C++语言、Zero MQ的消息队列完成交易客户端功能,包括指令管理、进度监控、指令交易、风险监控、策略管理等功能。它主要通过与国内各大券商系统的对接,提供完整的订单管理-订单执行-证券交易-风险管理-系统监控的工作流程。交易客户端还实现了投资经理、交易主管、交易员、风控员和独立投顾的角色划分,让客户在系统内完成整个投资流程。本文以软件工程中面向对象的设计思想为导线,详细地介绍了私募投研销一体化系统的需求分析、概要设计和详细设计。并给出了系统关键功能模块的实现过程、实现效果以及功能和性能测试结果。测试实际证明,这种网页管理端和交易客户端分离设计的模式,使得私募相关部门间通过此平台能够无缝衔接,有效提升业务操作、经营决策、风险合规、管理管控等核心业务的工作效率并且降低了风险。

【Abstract】 Since the private equity fund managers and private equity registration filing system introduction relaxed policy environment so that the rapid development of the private equity industry. At the same time, the special nature of the private equity industry determines its business and IT systems are inseparable. As China’s software industry leader in securities finance, Tong Hua Shun develop appropriate private IT development strategy in a highly competitive environment, timely marketing integration needs private investment research products. As a financial project, Tong Hua Shun’s private investment research and marketing integration system is a specially developed for small and medium private organization set investment, research, marketing and other functions in an integrated transaction risk cont rol management platform, from research to invest the entire business chain solutions.Firstly, for the private equity industry development status of existing software systems and stock trading software system problems, design a form for this product pages + client end. Wherein the web-side is mainly responsible for management functions, background page end use Struts, Spring, Hibernate and other Java EE framework technology. Business platform for the entire risk control system, the report summary, transaction accounts, rights management, institutional management has done a very good set of unified management and flexible, but also effectively core risk control management. Client Background main uses Lua and C ++ language, Zero MQ message queue to complete the transaction terminal functions, including order management, progress monitoring, instruction trading, risk monitoring, policy management, and other functions. It is primarily through major domestic brokerage docking system provides a complete Order Management- Order Execution-Securities Trading- Risk Management- System monitoring workflow. The client also realized the role of investment manager division, head of trading, traders, risk control and the independent investment adviser, allowing customers to complete the investment process in the system.In this paper, the design idea of object-oriented software engineering for wire, a detailed introduction of private investment and marketing research integrated system demand analysis, the outline design and detailed design. And gives the system implementation process key functional modules, to achieve effects and functionality and performance test results. The actual test proved that the web side and management side separation design mode, making inter-related private sector through this platform can seamlessly effectively enhance business operations, management decision-making efficiency, compliance risk, management control and other core business reduces the risk.
