兴隆煤矿倾斜俯伪斜下保护层开采保护范围的研究

Study on Protection Scope of Inclined Under-Protective Layer with Pseudo-Incline Technique for Xing Long Coal Mine

【摘要】 以兴隆煤矿倾斜俯伪斜保护层开采工程实践为背景,采用实验室实验、数值模拟及现场考察的方法研究了倾斜俯伪斜保护层开采条件下被保护层的保护范围的划定方法。通过对不同方法所划定的保护范围进行对比分析,取得的研究成果如下:(1)通过进行兴隆煤矿6#煤层保护层工作面围岩的力学性质测定实验,测得了6#煤层工作面围岩力学特性参数。(2)通过进行4#煤层被保护层保护范围的现场考察实验,得到了4#煤层沿倾向下边界的有效卸压角为67.6°、倾向上边界的有效卸压角为91.4°。(3)通过建立保护层开采过程中瓦斯越流的多场耦合模型,利用COMSOL Multiphysics多物理场耦合软件对模型进行求解,并根据残余瓦斯压力判别准则(残余瓦斯压力P<0.74MPa)划定了4#煤层沿倾向上边界的有效卸压角为92.7°、沿倾向下边界的有效卸压角为70.1°、沿走向的有效卸压角为62.1°;同时,根据变形判别准则(煤层法向膨胀变形≥3‰)划定的4#煤层沿倾向上边界的有效卸压角是90.3°、沿倾向下边界的有效卸压角是68.5°、沿走向的有效卸压角是59.3°。(4)通过将不同方法划定的结果和参考《防治煤与瓦斯突出规定》划定的结果进行对比综合分析,确定了兴隆煤矿6#煤层采过后4#煤层沿走向的有效卸压角范围是59.3°~62.1°,兴隆煤矿6#煤层工作面采过后4#煤层沿倾向下边界的有效卸压角范围是67.6°~70.1°,兴隆煤矿6#煤层采过后4#煤层沿倾向上边界的有效卸压角范围是90.3°~92.7°。

【Abstract】 Xing long coal mine inclined to dip oblique protective layer mining engineering practice as the background, using laboratory experiments and numerical simulation methods to inspect research tilt range overlooking the protective layer is under the protection of the protective layer mining conditions Oblique delineation method. Through the scope of different methods delineated comparative analysis of the research results are as follows:(1)Experimental determination of mechanical properties by performing Xinglong Coal Seam # 6 face with protective layer of rock, had measured 6 # seam face surrounding rock mechanical parameters.(2)4 seam is performed by a protective layer to inspect the scope of the experiment, obtained under 4 seam along the border tends to efficient relief angle of 67.6 °, the tendency on the boundary of the effective relief angle of 91.4 °.(3)Through the establishment of multi-field coupling model of the protective layer of gas in the mining process flow, the use of COMSOL Multiphysics multiphysics software to solve the model, and according to the residual gas pressure criterion(residual gas pressure P <0.74MPa) delineated # 4 the tendency efficient relief angle seam along the border is 92.7 °, along the border tends to lower the effective relief angle of 70.1 °, along strike effective relief angle of 62.1 °; at the same time, according to the deformation criterion(seam normal expansion and deformation effective relief angle ≥3 ‰) delineated # 4 seam along the border tends to be 90.3 °, effective relief angle along the border tends to be 68.5 °, along strike effective relief angle is 59.3 °.(4)The results are delineated by different methods and reference "coal and gas outburst prevention regulations," the results were compared designated a comprehensive analysis to determine the effective relief angle range is booming coal mining coal mine after 6 # 4 # seam along strike is 59.3 ° ~ 62.1 °, effective relief angle range Xinglong Coal seam Face 6 # 4 # seam mining under after tendency along the border is 67.6 ° ~ 70.1 °, effectively discharge the booming coal mining coal mine after 6 # 4 # seam along the border tends pressure angle range is 90.3 ° ~ 92.7 °.
