【摘要】 农业技术的推广与运用,在培养新型农民,促进农业科技进步和多功能发展,推动新农村经济发展等方面发挥着重要作用。近年来,党中央和各地方政府相关部门,都出台了一系列政策来促进农业技术推广应用事业的发展,并取得了一定成效。然而我国的农业技术推广与应用还存在很多问题,农业技术进步对经济增长的贡献率增长缓慢,科研成果转化率仍处于较低水平。主要原因是,农业技术推广效率低,没有充分重视农户主体参与的作用。本文在内蒙古兴安盟地区三个旗县范围内选取了玉米、马铃薯和蔬菜三个产业,并以机械化、优良品种两项技术作为目标技术载体,设计了基于内蒙古兴安盟地区农业技术推广中农户参与行为的调查问卷,运用理论分析和实证研究相结合的方法,剖析了兴安盟地区农业技术推广的发展形势,研究农业技术推广与应用中的农户参与形式,揭示了影响农户技术选择的因素,总结了研究结论并提出鼓励农民参与,提高农民决策能力,加大补贴力度,稳妥的推进农业技术推广体系的改革,健全培训机制等相应的政策启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 The spread and use of agricultural skills play a important role in improving agricult ural techniques, developing agricultural prodectivity and modern agriculture. However, a plenty of problems exsit. The contribution made by agricultural skills to economical gr owing rise up little by little and scitific research achievements conversion rates stays low level. The deep problem is showed by the low efficiency of the spread of agricultural ski lls and the low parcipant of the farmers. The paper selected corn, potato and vegetables i n three couties in Xingan union, and use mechanism, special seeds and plant managemen t as target carrier, design the servey based on teh spread of agricultruaal skills which invo lved farmers. It uses the Theory Analysis and Empirical Study to explore the situation of development of the spread of agricultural skills in Xinanmeng, analyze the farmers behav iour in the spread and use of agricultural skills and demonstrated the factors affect farmer s skill choices. It summarizes the reseacher results and put forward the policy including r espect farmers participation, change framers’ attitude, strengthen teh support and better t he spread system and the training system.更多还原
