质量管理系统的研究与设计

【摘要】 当今现代化高速发展,信息化技术在各行各业发挥举足轻重的作用。在传统电子产品制造行业中,由于业务比较传统和复杂,信息化水平还未达到很高的水平。电子产品在生产过程中,对产品质量的管控是提高企业竞争力,增加客户满意度的一项重要因素。我所在的企业以生产电子产品为主,电子产品的质量、生产周期决定了本企业的竞争力。在生产过程中,质量问题阻碍了企业的发展,其发生无规律性,处理周期不可控等问题一直得不到较好的解决方法,所以本论文的目的是通过对电子产品生产过程中质量问题模块的探索与研究,缩短质量问题处理周期、预防反复发生的问题,加强对质量问题的管控,来确保产品的生产、交付任务,提高生产效率。在对产品质量的管控活动中,推行六西格玛管理法是近年来比较成功的途径。本论文通过对生产制造企业在生产活动中,质量管理的探索与研究,应用六西格玛理论和方法,对目前所在企业的电子产品生产过程中的质量管理现状进行分析,找出所在企业的质量管理存在的问题。针对找出的问题,运用测量系统的分析、帕累托图分析方法、鱼刺图法、过程能力分析对问题进行深入分析,找出流程中的主要因素。得出需要改进点有缩短质量问题的登记时间、质量问题的流转时间、统计时间等,同时也需要降低由于手工编号引起的错误发生几率,从几个方面入手来提高企业的服务水平。根据系统的需求分析并考虑企业的实际环境与客观因素,对原有流程进行分析再造,改善原有流程中的主要因素。以设计出符合要求的系统为目的,对系统进行总体设计,然后细化到每一个功能模块,质管系统主要包含质量单处理、质量单归档、临时工艺、工艺更改等,将业务流程进行梳理、分析与改造,进一步完善管控机制,提高产品质量与生产效率。质管系统设计实现后已在所在企业运行一年,运行状态良好。改善后的流程从根本上解决了质量问题不可控的问题,通过缩短处理周期,大大减少了企业成本,提升了企业的管理水平。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the modernization, information technology plays an important role in all walks of life. In the traditional manufacturing industry, due to the traditional and complex business, the information technology has not reached a high level. During the production process of Electronic products, the product quality control is an important factor to enhance the competitiveness of an enterprise, as well as to increase customer satisfaction. The author’s company mainly provides electronic products. Quality and production cycle of the electronic products determines the competitiveness of the company. During production process, quality problems hindered the development of the company, no good solutions have been found out to deal with the quality problems with the irregular occurrence and uncontrollable processing cycles. Through research on the quality problems during production process in manufacturing enterprise, the purpose of this paper is to improve the quality problem processing cycles, prevent recurrence, and enhance quality problem control, in order to ensure product delivery and improve production efficiency.During product quality control activities, the implementation of Six Sigma management method is a very successful way in recent years. Through exploration and research on quality management and the application of Six Sigma in the production activities of manufacturing enterprises, this thesis analyzed the quality management status of company production process of electronic products, and found out the existing problems of quality management. Aiming the problem, using the measurement system analysis, Pareto chart analysis method, fishbone diagram, process capability analysis of the question to carry on the thorough analysis, find out the main factors in the process. It reaches a conclusion that improving the registration time, circulation time, and statistical time of quality problems; reducing the errors rate caused by manual number and some other aspects can improve the enterprise’s service level. According to the system demand analysis and considering the actual environment and objective factors of the enterprises, we can reengineer and analyze the former process and improve main factors in the process. In order to meet the requirements of the design system, we need to finish the whole design of the system, and then refined to every function module. The quality control system mainly includes the quality of single processing, quality of single archive, temporary process and process changes. Then, we need to run through the business process, analyze and further improve the management & control mechanism, and improve the quality of products and the production efficiency.After realizing the design of quality management system, it has been well operated in the enterprise for one year. The improved process solved the uncontrollable quality problems by shortening the processing cycle, and it greatly reduced the cost of enterprise and improve the enterprise management level.
