电梯远程监控系统的互联

Interconnection of The Elevator Remote Monitoring System

【摘要】 伴随社会经济的发展,电梯使用量的急剧增长,电梯的事故也等比例地增加。现有针对电梯安全的监控系统,版本繁多系统老化,且系统架构分散不利集中统一管理,造成人工成本增加且管理效率低下,达不到预期的实时监控和及时处理的效果,无法满足电梯安全的需求。为能够有效监控电梯,本文设计了一个基于公共IP基础的统一架构,能够兼容各类版本系统,综合地把它们互联起来,将老电梯和新电梯都纳入监控的范围,实现统一的管理。新电梯内嵌了独立传感采集装置,采集电梯的运行参数和异常警报信息,并通过电梯内的内嵌装置的转换功能把信息转化为数字信号,依托预先布置好的光纤,有效完整地将信号传递到客服中心。由于老电梯的特殊硬件机理,产生信号格式和新系统所要求的信号格式完全不同,无法直接接入新系统。针对不同版本电梯的故障参数,需将其归到统一的信号参数定义标准中来供后台使用。就要进行信号转化处理,但在信号装换和传输过程中会出现外部干扰进而导致信号失真,到达处理中心时出现信号错误。本文利用接口技术转化信号,采用平衡驱动器和差分驱动器的组合的RS485接口,增强抗干扰,即抗噪音性,避免信号失真,保证尽量完整地转换为数字信号,既保证了信号质量又实现了系统的接入。为协调老旧电梯与新电梯监控系统的匹配,本文还使用了CTI技术,通过软件系统把它们顺利整合到同一管理平台,实现统一的界面管理。在统一硬件及转化接口的过程中,实现了硬件架构的统一,硬件设备可以实现综合统筹利用,节约了成本,提高了系统管理效率。CTI技术使用实现了综合的界面管理,便于迅速发现问题并处理问题,使得电梯运行的更加安全。

【Abstract】 With the rapid growth of the elevator usage, the elevator to increase proportion of incidents, etc.It’s driving safety production enterprises to strengthen after-sales service, encourages enterprises to the existing elevator remote monitoring system for technological innovation and technological upgrading.In order to monitor the elevator effectively, this thsis design a common IP-based platform,which be compatible with all kinds of system, synthetically connected them to the old and the new elevator into the scope of monitoring, realize the unified management. New elevator embedded independent sensor acquisition device, to collect the elevator operation parameters and alarm of abnormal information and conversion functions through an embedded device in the elevator to information is converted into digital signal, relying on the pre arranged fiber, effectively and completely will signal is delivered to the customer service center. Because of the special hardware mechanism of the old elevator, the signal format and the signal format required by the new system are totally different, and the new system can not be directly accessed.. For different versions of the fault parameters of the elevator, it is required to return to the uniform signal parameters definition standards for the use of the background. In the process of signal transmission and transmission, the signal distortion is caused, and the signal distortion is caused by the interference of the signal and the signal distortion is caused by the signal distortion.. The interface technology of signal transformation, the balance drive and differential drive the combination of RS485 interface, enhanced anti-jamming, anti noise and avoid signal distortion, try to ensure complete conversion to digital signals, both to ensure the signal quality and realize the system access.In order to coordinate the matching of the old elevator and the new elevator monitoring system, this paper also uses the CTI technology, and through the software system to integrate them smoothly to the same management platform, realize the unified interface management.In the process of unifying hardware and transforming interface, the hardware structure is realized, the hardware equipment can realize the comprehensive utilization, save the cost and improve the system management efficiency.. CTI technology uses the integrated interface management, easy to quickly find the problem and deal with the problem, make the elevator running more secure.
