水平尾翼装配线安装项目风险管理

【摘要】 我国是大客机的需求大国,拥有自己的大飞机一直是国家目标。水平尾翼型架是装配水平尾翼的工装,它的安装质量对飞机尾翼的制造质量及生产效率具有重要意义,而水平尾翼装配线的安装是一个复杂且耗时的过程,所以对安装过程进行有效的管理是非常重要的工作,因此:本文从水平尾翼装配线安装项目风险管理现状出发,针对传统二维风险评价方法进行改进,构建了型架安装风险识别管理和风险评价管理体系模型,在此基础上运用FMEA(失效模式与影响分析)对水平尾翼装配线安装项目风险进行识别,并对各要素进行统计汇总;同时在此基础上运用模糊理论进行风险评价,采用模糊加权几何均值法对风险进行评分,并且在评价过程中对评价维度进行相应权重的分配,使得评价结果更具有实际应用意义,最后对识别的风险因素进行排序,从而对相应的风险采取应对措施。

【Abstract】 As a country with massive airliner demands, manufacturing our own aircraft is always our common goal. As the tooling to assemble horizontal tail, horizontal tail production line plays an important role in keeping the manufacturing quality and efficiency of horizontal tail. It is important to keep perfect management in process of installation of horizontal tail assembling line, because the installation of assembling line is very complex and time-consuming process. The achievements of this paper are as shown,This paper, which start from current situation of risk management of horizontal tail assembling line installation, create risk identification and assessment system model for jig installation. This model is based on FMEA method to conduct risk identification and fuzzy theory to conduct risk assessment.
