生物医药HD企业生物活性原料的订货策略研究

【摘要】 生物医药作为二十一世纪的新兴产业,行业发展极为迅速。相对于生物医药行业的快速发展与其相配套的企业物料供应管理却相对滞后。生物医药原料供应的低可靠度,高附加值及效期管理等特点使得尝试建立一种适合生物行业的原料采购订货策略以满足企业生产及发展的需要显得尤为迫切,本文以企业传统订货经验为参考依据,研究一种适合企业发展需要的具有较强实操性的订货模式,为高速发展的生物行业物流提供理论研究与实践基础参考,将具有较高的理论和实际应用价值。论文以HD公司带有效期的关键生物原料X物料采购订货策略为研究对象,针对X物料需求及物料失效不确定的特点,以传统经济订货模式为基础,运用离散事件建模与仿真技术,建立以库存保管成本、采购订货成本、库存缺货损失成本、失效损失成本构成的总成本为优化目标,以库存运作流程为主体的带有效性检验的库存仿真模型。通过该模型的仿真,修正X物料的订货策略,研究中,确定了仿真运行有效次数,评价出在特定管理模式下,得出在定时定货策略下,库存容量为500,订货点为220的最优订货策略,并运用统计学中的可信度分析方法,对仿真结果的可信度及置信区间进行了估计。模型的仿真结果对HD公司X物料的采购订货策略制定具有指导意义。论文的研究为HD公司采购管理的科学化提供了一个有益的实践案例,有利于企业生产管理水平的提高。也为其他公司的类似物料采购管理提供理论研究与实践基础参考,进一步提升企业生产管理水平。

【Abstract】 Biological medicine experiences a rapid development as the emerging industry in the 21 st century. However, its matched supply management of material falls behind which can be demonstrated more concretely in the following aspects: service efficiency, information system, control of logistics quality, supply chain management. Enterprise’s ordering strategy generally depends on manager’s experience, thus the shortage of material is the potential risk; and it will lead to the increase of scrap cost when the material is expired. In addition, the characteristics of biological medicine which are of low reliability, high value-added, and expiration management make it emergent to establish a suited material ordering strategy to satisfy the needs of the enterprise production and development. This paper does research on a suited ordering model based on the traditional ordering experience and aims to do some exploration and reference for the rapid development of logistic in biologic industry.This paper aims at the ordering problem of biological X material with a period of validity, and uses the discrete event modeling and simulation method to establish an inventory simulation model which has validity check with an ultimate goal of inventory storage cost, ordering cost, shortage cost, invalidity loss cost and with a main body of the process of inventory operation. The effective frequency can be obtained by the model simulation, and we can get the best ordering strategy with inventory capacity 500 and order point 220 and evaluate the effectiveness of the simulation result under the specific management mode with combination of 20 actual ordering strategy. Therefore, the simulation result has a guiding instruction for the ordering of X material for company HD. In addition, the research provides a useful practical case to scientize the ordering management and help improves the level of production and management for company HD.
