不同处理方法对口腔常用铸造金属的耐腐蚀性和力学性能影响的研究

Different Processing Methods on the Commonly Used Oral Corrosion Resistance and Mechanical Properties of Cast Metal Impact Study

【摘要】 目的:对口腔常用铸造金属(钴铬合金、纯钛、Vitallium2000)进行茶多酚人工唾液浸泡处理和铸件热处理,分析钴铬合金、纯钛、Vitallium2000的浸泡腐蚀情况和力学性能的变化,并对这几种铸造合金的不同表现进行讨论,为临床上合金的选择提供参考。方法:按单轴拉伸测试标准进行试件制备,将钴铬合金、纯钛、Vitallium2000铸造件进行分组,A组未作任何处理的钴铬合金、纯钛、Vitallium2000铸造后,浸泡于1.25g/L茶多酚人工唾液中;B组钴铬合金、纯钛、Vitallium2000铸件进行热处理后,浸泡于人工唾液中;C组未做任何处理的支架合金(对照组),钴铬合金、纯钛、Vitallium2000铸造后直接浸泡于人工唾液中。经长期浸泡后,检验试件腐蚀情况,应用扫描电镜观察表面形貌,然后进行力学性能检测。结果:(1)铸造金属试件长期浸泡后,扫描电镜下可见各组试件表面划痕较多,有明显腐蚀现象,相对A、B两组,三种金属的对照组C组表面划痕紊乱,边界毛糙,表面凹凸不平,腐蚀坑明显,分布散乱,打磨划痕处腐蚀坑变宽变深;A组Vitallium2000相比纯钛、钴铬合金腐蚀轻微;添加茶多酚人工唾液浸泡的A组相对B、C两组腐蚀坑较少。(2)钴铬合金、纯钛、Vitallium2000的热处理组和茶多酚组照比对照组其耐腐蚀性有明显提高,而力学性能变化无显著差异。结论:(1)热处理能够提高铸造合金(钴铬合金、纯钛、Vitallium2000)的耐腐蚀性能,对合金的拉伸性能也有提高,为临床用支架合金的选择提供良好的条件。(2)经过茶多酚浸泡处理的铸造合金(钴铬合金、纯钛、Vitallium2000),其耐腐蚀性能均有所提高,但对于合金的力学性能变化无明显影响。

【Abstract】 Objective:To handle the oral cavity common casting metal(cobalt-chromium alloy,pure titanium,Vitallium2000)with tea polyphenols artificial saliva soaking processing and heat treatment.Analysis of the change of immersion corrosion and mechanical properties of cobaltchromium alloy,pure titanium and Vitallium2000 then discuss the different clinical manifestations of these casting alloy.To provide reference for the selection of the alloy.Methods:Preparation of specimen by uniaxial tensile test standard.Put the cobalt-chromium alloy,pure titanium and Vitallium2000 casting parts into groups.Without any treatment of cobalt-chromium alloy,pure titanium,Vitallium2000 casting soake in 1.25g/L tea polyphenols artificial saliva for group A.Put the cobalt-chromium alloy,pure titanium,Vitallium2000 casting into the artificial saliva after heat treatment for group B.Put the cobalt-chromium alloy,pure titanium,Vitallium2000 casting into the artificial saliva without any treatment for group C.Corrosion of test specimens after bubble test,the surface morphology of casting was observed by scanning electron microscope and with mechanical properties testing.Results:(1)The cast metal specimens after a long-term immersion with obvious corrosion phenomenon,under the scanning electron microscope,there are a lot of scratches on the surface of each specimen.Relative A and B two groups,the control group C group surface scratch disorder,with rough boundary,surface irregularity,pit corrosion,scattered distribution,grinding scratches at the corrosion pits become wider and deeper.Vitallium2000 of group A compared with pure titanium and cobalt-chromium alloy,the corrosion is slight.Compared with B and C two groups,the A group with less corrosion pit,which was added with the tea polyphenol.(2)Cobalt-chromium alloy,pure titanium and Vitallium2000 with heat treatment group and tea polyphenol group than the control group,the corrosion resistance is improved obviously.And there was no significant difference in mechanical properties.Conclusion:(1)Heat treatment can improve the corrosion resistance of cast alloy(cobaltchromium alloy,pure titanium,Vitallium2000),the tensile properties of the alloy are alsoincreased.To provide a good condition for the selection of the alloy for clinical application.(2)Cast alloy(cobalt-chromium alloy,pure titanium,Vitallium2000)after with the treatment of tea polyphenols,their corrosion resistance is improved,but there was no significant effect on the mechanical properties of the alloy.
