【摘要】 随着社会的快速发展,天然气作为一种新型能源,已经走进千家万户,并在很多领域已经扩展了应用,例如燃气空调,燃气地暖等。但是在日常生活中,仍存在不完善的功能,尤其是在客户服务方面还不是很到位,例如用户会到较远的地方去缴纳燃气费,以及由于用户原因导致各类燃气事故的发生等。而北京燃气集团作为燃气供应企业,为了更好地为广大用户服务,便借此机会搭建燃气在线服务系统。在网络上获取信息和购物已经成为越来越多人的习惯。为扩大服务市场,北京燃气集团作为一个国有企业,要抓紧现在的网络趋势,并利用网络资源为广大用户提供优质且便捷的服务。而管理信息系统的应用不仅可以提高企业的管理效率,还能向用户提高更优质的产品和服务,从而提升企业形象,扩大企业在社会中的影响力。本文的研究是基于web的在线服务系统,使用数据库技术,动态采集、汇总和管理北京市燃气用户的有效数据,向燃气用户发布燃气产品、燃气使用安全知识、产品购买优惠信息、线上活动等公共服务信息,并运用管理信息系统技术与模式,为用户提供更加优质的使用体验,帮助北京燃气集团节省人力、物力与时间,同时为用户节省时间与空间上的浪费。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of society,natural gas as a new energy,has been to every family,and in many areas has been extended applications such as gas air conditioning,gas floor heating.But in everyday life,there are still imperfect function,especially not in place in customer service,for example,the user will go to distant places to pay gas bills,and because the user causes the occurrence of various types of gas accidents and the like.The Beijing Gas Group,as the gas supply companies,in order to better service for customers,we take this opportunity to build a gas-line service system.Access to information and shopping on the Internet has become more and more people’s habits.To expand the service market,Beijing Gas Group,as a state-owned enterprise,to seize the current network trends and use of network resources to provide customers with high-quality and convenient services.And the application of management information system can not only improve the management efficiency,but also improve with better products and services to users,so as to enhance corporate image and expand business in society influence.This study is a web-based online service system,the use of database technology,dynamic acquisition,effective data collection and management gas users in Beijing,to the gas users gas products,the use of gas safety knowledge,product purchase offers information and online activities public service information,and the use of management information systems technology and models,to provide users with more high-quality user experience,Beijing gas Group to help save manpower,material and time,as well as the user to save wasting time and space.更多还原
