【摘要】 整车开发是一项巨大而复杂的系统工程,而开发流程则是管理的核心要务。鉴于B公司在整车开发流程中面临的现状,本次研究将基于对流程管理的理论知识及流程优化方式的研究,在总结吸收业内先进开发管理经验和梳理复杂的业务环节之后,总结出一套适合企业发展现况的先进的汽车上车体开发项目流程,包括整车工程开发的分类,工程开发阶段、任务、子任务及细节内涵,任务次序构建的原因及合理性依据等内容。通过分析可以得知,原流程看似已经搭建完毕并且较为成功运作了多个项目,但还某些环节上还有较多的问题,由于车辆开发工程体系的庞大,这些问题往往会被忽略,看似细节的问题没有去发现和解决,每个环节的效率和质量都差一点,导致更多的缺陷被堆积,进而逐步影响对整体项目开发,最终影响到车辆品质。首先,需要正视这些问题的存在,找到问题的根本原因,简单的问题快速推进改动,对于复杂深层次的问题,可能由于体制、审批历史等多项原因无法快速改善,但起码要对问题剖析,明确改进方向。其次,结合在市场表现优异的车企车型,去总结其开发流程的特点,吸取成功的开发流程经验。最后,对自身的流程进行梳理和优化,真正重视每个环节和细节,并且通过评估反馈机制不断地迭代和优化,以完成整体开发效率的提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 Vehicle development is a huge and complex system engineering, and the development process is the core task of management. In view of the status of B company faces in the vehicle development process, this study will be based on of process management theory knowledge and process optimization method research,after summarizing and absorbing the industry development of advanced management experience and combing complex business links, summed up a set of suitable for enterprise development status of advanced automotive body development project process, including the classification of the development of vehicle engineering, the engineering development phase, tasks, subtasks and details of the content, task sequence to construct the reason and rationality on the basis of the content.Through the analysis, we can know, the original process seemingly has been set up is completed and successful operation of the project, but also some areas, there are many problems, because of a large vehicle engineering development system, these problems tend to be ignored, seemingly the details of the problem not to send now and resolved, the efficiency and quality of each link are a little, resulting in more defects are stacked, and gradually influence on the overall project development, and ultimately affect the quality of the vehicle.First, you need to face up to the existence of these problems, find the root cause and simple rapid advance changes, for deep and complicated problems may due to the system, such as the approval of history for a number of reasons can not quickly improve, but at least to analyzing these problems, clear the direction of improvement.Secondly, in combination with excellent performance in the market of car models, to sum up the characteristics of its development process, drawing on the successful experience of the development process. Finally, we sort out and optimize its own process, really pay attention to each link and the details, and through the evaluation of feedback mechanism to constantly iterative and optimization, in order to achieve the overall development efficiency.更多还原
