蓝莓溯源系统中读写器的研究与开发

【摘要】 蓝莓(Blueberry)又名越橘、蓝浆果,研究表明蓝莓果实中含有花青素、黄酮醇和酚酸等生理活性物质,具有抗癌、抗氧化、抗骨质酥松、延缓神经衰老、降血压降血脂等多种功效,是一种极具发展前景的保健果品。但是目前国内食品安全问题频频发生,人们对食品安全也愈加重视,因此为蓝莓这种市场价格较高的果品建立一套“从农田到餐桌”的全程溯源系统是十分有现实意义的。通过分析蓝莓产品自身特点并结合RFID技术优势,本论文将RFID技术用于蓝莓溯源,构建出一套蓝莓溯源系统,在这其中主要完成了以下工作,首先,通过对蓝莓产业链分析,考虑追溯蓝莓从“田间到餐桌”的全过程的需要,确定了以生产基地环节、加工中心环节、配送中心环节和销售中心环节为溯源信息节点的模型架构,并对每个环节所录入的信息种类和信息容量进行分类,确保了溯源信息的全面性和可拓展性。其次,搭建了嵌入式Linux系统,并在此系统的基础上开发了QT4程序,为用户提供了良好的人机交互接口,进而设计了一款通用RFID模块,当搭载胶棒天线时用于和QT4程序进行串口通信,构成读写器的一部分,当配合锂电池和板载PCB天线时便构成了有源电子标签。最后,设计了基于时分多址技术的“点名+ID号延时”的标签防碰撞算法和标签低功耗算法,确保了数据高效传输和低功耗双赢。通过测试,本论文所设计的读写器实现了根据用户的要求将指定溯源数据准确的存入有源电子标签,当标签到达销售中心之后,读写器可以将标签中所存的溯源数据全部读取出来,并且可以根据用户的需求将此数据进行存储和上传,供管理者作进一步分析处理。
【Abstract】 Studies have shown that Blueberry contains some physiological active substance,such as anthocyanins, flavonols and phenolic acids, which are particular useful in anticancer, antioxidant, antiosteoporosis and so on. People have long been puzzled by the problems of food safety. Thus, it’s rather important to establish a system to monitor the trace from the farmland to the dining-table for the high-price blueberry.By the research on blueberry and the advantages of RFID, a traceable system with the RFID is introduced in this paper. Firstly, considering the needs of the traceability of blueberry, this paper selected the farmland base, the processing center, the delivery center and the market center to be the traceable information nodes, which can ensure that the designed system is complete and scalable. Secondly, the paper introduced the Linux operating system and the QT4 program. To be a complete system, the paper also designed a module that can be used not only as a part of the RFID reader and writer but also as a tag.Finally, the paper designed a new anti-collision algorithm which can decrease the possibility of collision. This paper also proposed a low-power algorithm which can reduce the energy consumption of tags.The system finally passed the test and the results show that the tags can be written and read exactly when the tags arrived at the market center.It can not only save and update the information but also provide convenience for extension the system in the future.
