微生物菌剂对污水处理厂处理效果及微生物群落的影响

【摘要】 随着污水处理能力提升,污泥产量增大,现有的处理处置方法均存在缺陷。通过投加微生物菌剂的原位减量技术为解决污泥问题提供了新思路,但目前多侧重于研究其减量效果,对投加菌剂后的出水水质及减量机理缺乏系统的研究。因此本论文通过SBR和A2/O试验,研究不同投加方式和投加量下的污水处理效果,通过生化指标和物种变化,探讨了菌剂的污泥减量机理。通过投加方式的应用参数的研究,发现连续投加及间歇投加条件下菌剂组及对照组对CODcr的去除率均高于90%,NH3-N的去除率均高于95%。投加菌剂对CODcr、NH3-N等污染物的去除无影响,出水TP降低;通过投加量研究优化,发现0.01%、0.03%、0.05%投加量下菌剂组及对照组的CODcr的去除率均高于90%,NH3-N的去除率均高于96%。投加菌剂对CODcr、NH3-N等污染物的去除无影响,出水TP降低。通过试验过程中的生化指标变化,考察微生物菌剂的减量机理,发现投加菌剂强化了酶的分泌,菌剂组的脱氢酶、淀粉酶及蛋白酶含量较对照组分别提升了17.1%、28.4%、20%,减量率与脱氢酶含量、淀粉酶含量及蛋白酶含量均呈现一定的正相关关系,整体而言,各种酶含量对污泥减量效果的影响大小依次为蛋白酶>淀粉酶>脱氢酶;内源呼吸速率提高,说明投加菌剂提高了代谢活性,利于污泥减量。EPS中多糖及蛋白质含量降低,说明投加微生物菌剂强化了对有机质的降解。通过微生物物种变化分析,考察微生物菌剂的污泥减量机理,发现投加菌剂后,系统中物种组成更复杂,物种丰度更高。主要的微生物种群为Proteobacteria、Bacteroidetes,分别占50%、30%左右。
【Abstract】 With the improvement of the sewage treatment capacity and the increasing output of the sludge, the existing treatment methods all have some defects. Situ reduction technology which adds microorganism agent provides a new way to solve the sludge problem. But now more studies f ocus on the reduction effect, only a few of which focus on the treatment effect of the microbial agents and reduction mechanism. Therefore in this paper, we focus on the sewage treatment effect in different dosing methods and in different dosing quantities by SBR and A2/O test. We discussed the mechanism of sludge reduction of microbial agents by analyzing biochemical factors and different microbial species.After studying the application parameter of different adding methods, we found under the continuous dosing and intermittent dosing conditions, the removal rate of CODcr of the agent group and the comparing group was higher than 90%, the removal rate of NH3-N was higher than 95%.Dosing agent had nothing to do with the removal of CODcr, NH3-N and other pollutants, and it leds to a drop of the out water TP. We found the CODcr removal rate of agent group and comparing group was higher than 90%, the NH3-N removal rate was higher than 96% through studying the dosing quantity optimizing methods.Dosing agent had nothing to do with the removal of CODcr, NH3-N and other pollutants, the out water TP fell.During the research in the reduction mechanism, we find adding the microbial agent strengthens the enzyme secretion. The bacterium dehydrogenase, amylase and protease content in agent group respectively increase by 17.1%, 28.4%, 20% as the none dosing group. The decrement rate shows a certain positive correlation with content of dehydrogenase,amylase and protease. Overall, the effect on sludge reduction is protease>amylase>dehydrogenase. The improving of the endogenous respiration rate tells it improves the metabolic activity by dosing agents and it helps the sludge reduce.Polysaccharide and protein content of EPS,which tells the microbial agents strengthen the degradation rate of organic matter.By analyzing OTU in SBR and A2/O methods, we find the bacterium agent system gets more complex and composition of species is much higher by dosing agents. By analyzing the species, we find the proteobacteria(deformation bacteria) and the Bacteroidetes are the main microbial populations, each consists 50% and 30% of the total effectre.
