【摘要】 华港燃气集团有限公司,是一家注册资金15亿人民币,主营城市管道燃气、压缩天然气、液化天然气等业务的专业化燃气公司。华港燃气集团所处行业的垄断性以及企业性质的特殊性,给企业的经营发展带了无可比拟的优势条件,但由于受企业自身经营管理水平的限制,华港燃气集团的发展并不完善,特别是财务管理模式的发展水平在一定程度上阻碍了企业的成长。本文针对华港燃气集团现行财务管理模式存在的问题,诸如内控制度不完善、资产结构不合理、经营风险压力大等问题,通过文献研究法、理论联系实际等方法提出构建集成化财务管理模式的观点,加强华港燃气集团在资金、成本、内控、风险等方面的集成管理,以优化企业的资产结构,降低企业的经营风险,提高管理水平,构建科学合理的财务管理模式,同时也为相关企业构建集成化财务管理模式提供一些借鉴和方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Huagang Gas Group Co. Ltd. is a registered capital of 1.5 billion yuan with the main business such as city piped gas, compressed natural gas, liquefied natural gas and other services of specialized company. Due to the special nature of corporate monopoly and its geographical nature of the industry, the development of enterprises to operate with unparalleled advantages, but due to the limitations of their own management level, Huagang Gas Group’s development is not perfect, In particular, the level of development of financial management to some extent hindered the development of enterprises. In this paper, Huagang Gas Group, the current problems of financial management mode, such as the internal control system is imperfect, the asset structure is irrational, pressure and other risk management issues. Through literature research, theory and practice other methods proposed, this paper build an integrated financial management mode view. Huagang Gas Group strengthen the integrated management in the capital, the cost of internal control, risk etc in order to optimize the asset structure of enterprises, reduce business risk, improve management, build a scientific and rational financial management. Besides this paper for the relevant companies building integrated financial management provide some reference methods.更多还原
