【摘要】 改革开放以来,我国在政治、经济、文化、社会等方面取得了重大进步及长足发展。各种问题与挑战也相继而来,资源短缺日益明显,环境恶化日益突出,人口压力日益繁重,技术挑战日益增多。转变经济发展方式,重视生态与自然保护,保障经济增长与环境保护协调发展,已成为全社会普遍关注的问题,也引起国家的高度重视。党的十八届五中全会提出“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”的五大发展理念,以更好指导我国在发展中处理好经济增长与环境保护的关系。习近平总书记多次在党委负责人座谈会、中共中央政治局集体学习和各地调研时强调绿色发展的重要性,多次就践行和推动绿色发展发表重要讲话。绿色发展的实践表明,培育绿色消费模式是加快绿色发展的突破口,能为其创造条件、扫除障碍并提供强大动力。现阶段,我国绿色消费观念逐步更新,绿色消费结构逐步优化,绿色消费方式逐步增多,绿色消费规模有所升级。同时,也存在绿色消费行为滞后于绿色消费意识,基础设施建设滞后于绿色消费需求,法制建设滞后于绿色消费活动要求,科研技术能力滞后于绿色技术需求,消费市场秩序滞后于绿色消费环境要求等问题。可见,阻滞我国培育绿色消费模式的因素主要是绿色消费意识淡薄、绿色基础设施落后、绿色法制建设滞后、绿色科研能力不足、绿色市场环境缺失等。我国培育绿色消费模式,必须从绿色消费理念、绿色消费行为、绿色消费内容、绿色消费过程、绿色消费结果五个方面进行分析,探索出一套适合我国国情的绿色消费模式。为此,消费者要自觉养成绿色消费意识和行为,学校要开展绿色消费教育,家庭要形成绿色消费氛围,企业要树立绿色生产观并转变经营战略,政府要营造良好的绿色消费环境,媒体要引领绿色消费新风尚,社会组织要发挥协同共治作用。充分调动各方积极性,激励其广泛参与绿色消费模式培育过程,加快绿色发展步伐。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since initiating the reforms and open policy, our country has made great progress and rapid development in politics, economy, culture and society. At the same time, lots of problems come along it. The shortage of resources increasing, environmental degradation increasingly prominent, the population pressure increasingly heavy, technical challenges are increasing. Transformation of the economic development mode, attach great importance to the protection of ecology and the natural to guarantee economic growth and environmental protection harmonious development. It has become an issue of common concern to the whole society and caused the great attention of our country.The fifth plenary session of the party’s 18 put forward the five development philosophy of "innovation, coordination, green, open, sharing" to guide our country handle the relationship between economic growth and environmental protection in developing correctly. Xi general secretary at the symposium that head of the party committee, the central committee of the communist party of China political bureau collective learning, and research in many places emphasis on the importance of green development. Around practice and promote the green development delivered important speeches many times.The practice of green development shows that it is a breakthrough for the green consumption mode to accelerate its development. It can create conditions, remove obstacles and provide a strong force for green development. At present, our country’s green consumption idea updated gradually, green consumption structure optimized gradually, green consumption increased gradually, green consumption scale has upgraded. At the same time, the green consumption behavior behind the green consumption consciousness, infrastructure construction lags behind the green consumption demand, the legal system lags behind the green consumption demand, scientific research and technical capacity lags behind the green technology demand, consumption market order lagging behind the green consumption environment requirements. Visible, blocking factors to cultivate the green consumption mode in China is mainly because of green consumption consciousness, green infrastructure and green legal construction lag behind, the scientific research ability of green is insufficient, lack of green market environment and so on.To cultivate green consumption mode in our country, we must analysis from the five aspects clouding the concept of green consumption, the behavior of green consumption, the content of green consumption, the process of green consumption, the results of green consumption to explore a green consumption mode suitable for China’s national conditions. Therefore, the consumer should develop green consumption consciousness and behavior. The school should develop the education of green consumption. The family should form the green consumption atmosphere. The enterprise should change its business strategy, to establish green notions. The government should create good environment to green consumption. The media should lead the new fashion of the green consumption. The social should play a role of organize collaboratively. Arouse the enthusiasm of all parties fully, motivate them participate in the process of cultivating the green consumption mode widely, could promote green development pace.更多还原
