K424合金搪瓷热防护涂层制备工艺与应用研究

【摘要】 目前,随着航空发动机推重比的提高,其热端部件遭受高温氧化、高温腐蚀环境的侵害日益严重,在收扩喷口等热端部件表面施加防护涂层是当前的主要解决方法。本研究选择K424合金热端部件的防护涂层作为研究对象,在防护涂层的制备、性能评价及其航空发动机上的应用等方面进行了较为深入的研究。通过对涂层组织结构分析和性能测试,优化了多弧离子镀和搪瓷涂层制备工艺参数,并对优化工艺参数的正确性进行了验证。搪瓷涂层主要成分为非晶玻璃相,与基体界面处组织的主要成分包括Al2O3、Zn Al2O4、Na(Al Si3O8)。通过合金基体与带涂层试样的恒温氧化等性能对比试验,证明涂层具备优良的抗高温氧化性能,优化工艺参数可以用于产品零件上防护涂层的制备。按照设计标准提出的性能测试方法和技术指标,对以多弧离子镀Ni Cr Al Y为粘结层的复合高温搪瓷涂层的各项性能进行了测试,测试结果表明复合涂层具有优异的抗热震、抗弯曲、抗盐雾腐蚀、抗燃气热腐蚀、抗高温氧化、抗热盐腐蚀等性能;同时涂层对基体力学性能影响不明显。复合搪瓷涂层在25h后氧化减重达到平衡,保持在1g/m2左右,低于基体材料氧化失重的20%,满足了K424合金零件高温防护的技术要求。采用复合搪瓷涂层技术对某发动机调节片等零件进行涂镀,涂镀的零件经过了发动机长期试车考核,对完成试车考核任务的发动机调节片分解检查表明,有复合高温搪瓷涂层的调节片未出现高温烧蚀现象,保持完好状态。目前,采用高温搪瓷涂层防护的零部件已投入批产。
【Abstract】 At present, with the development of the aero engine with large thrust-weight ratio, harms to the hot end components subjected to a high temperature oxidation as well as high temperature corrosion has become more and more severe. In order to increase the resistance to high temperature oxidation, a coating on the expansion nozzle and hot end surface of the parts is necessary. In order to improve the high temperature performance of K424 alloy hot end components, the preparation process of a protective coating, and performance evaluations as well as its application in aircraft engine were carried out in this research.Through the analysis of the coating structure and performance testing, optimized parameters for the multi arc ion plating and enamel coating preparation were obtained. The main components of the enamel coating are amorphous glass, and Al2O3、Zn Al2O4、Na(Al Si3O8) were formed in the interface. Optimized parameters for the coating were verified through the constant temperature oxidation performance contrast between alloy matrix and coated sample. And the coating with a superior high temperature oxidation resistance can be used for the product.According to the design standard of the performance test methods and technical indexes, Ni Cr Al Y bonding layer fabricated by multi arc ion plating for various properties of composite heat enamel coating were tested. The test results show that the coating has excellent resistances to thermal shock, bending, salt fog, gas hot corrosion and high temperature oxidation. In addition, the influence of the coating on the mechanical properties of the substrate can be neglected. The weight loss of the composite heat enamel coating reaches equilibrium after 25 h, and its value is about 1g/m2, which is less than 20% of that for the substrate. As a consequence, high temperature composite enamel coating can meet the requirement of K424 alloy parts protection technology.Many practical components such as adjust pieces, are plated with this composite enamel coating, and installed into a certain aero engine. After the engine test evaluation for a long time, the inspection of the engine shows that the erosion of adjust pieces is negligible. At present, the plating of enamel coating have been a standard process of many practical components.
