【摘要】 随着电子产业的迅速发展、产品品种的增加、产品使用年限的缩短,我国已成为世界上最大的电子废弃物集聚地之一。据美国市场研究机构国际数据公司(IDC)统计,中国目前每年售出4-5亿部新手机。而根据联合国环境发展署2009年发布的《回收——化电子垃圾为资源》报告,全球每年废弃的手机约有4亿部,其中中国有近1亿部,回收率却不足1%。企业在传统的二手手机竞标模式之下,信息的查询发布,二手手机的招标、投标与评标,收款结算以及出库等业务都需要线下手工完成,给企业带来很大困扰,流程的复杂不仅消耗了很多的人力成本和时间成本,致使竞标的费用呈现居高不下,同时由于不能对于采购方的需求进行即时响应,从而大大流失市场份额。所以,二手手机竞标平台的设计与开发,成为二手手机竞标发展行之有效的解决方案。本文通过对系统开发的背景和国内外发展现状的研究,进行了二手手机竞标平台的设计与开发。具体工作内容包括:根据公司当前对于二手手机竞标平台的实际需求,对系统进行了全面的需求分析和设计;开发工具是使用Microsoft Visual Studio 2012及Microsoft SQL Server 2008;采用的体系结构是C/S(Client/Server)模式与B/S(Browser/Server)模式相结合;采用的开发语言为:C#;实现二手手机入库、放标管理、投标管理、定标管理、收款管理以及出库等功能。通过平台的正式上线,发现不仅安全性高,并且响应及时,具有良好交互,用户操作便捷。由于设计与开发周期限制,有部分功能只能放在第二期进行,例如在线支付等功能模块,这样就可以形成功能完整的竞标交易平台。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of electronic industry, increase of products varieties, shortening of product service life, our country has become one of the biggest electronic waste gathering places in the world. According to the statistics of American market research institute International Data Corporation, China sells 400 to 500 million mobile phones each year. But according to the report Recycling: From E-Waste to Resources released by the UN Environment Development, the discarded mobile phones around the globe each year have 400 million, among which China has 100 million, but the recovery rate is less than 1 percent. In the traditional used mobile phone bidding pattern, information inquiry and issuing, tendering, bidding and evaluation of bid on used mobile phone, collection settlement and warehouse-out business of enterprise all need to be completed manually offline, which brings big trouble for enterprise. The complexity of procedure consumes large amount of labor cost and time cost, making the expense of bidding stay in high status. At the same time, failure to respond to purchaser’s requirements in time greatly loses market share. Therefore, design and development of used mobile phone bidding platform becomes efficient solution for the development of bidding of used mobile phone.Through research on background of system development and current status of domestic and foreign development, this paper makes design and development on used mobile phone bidding platform. The detailed work contents include: according to company’s actual requirements on used mobile phone bidding platform, this paper conducts comprehensive requirements analysis and design on system; development tools are Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 and Microsoft SQL Server 2008; the adopted system structure is the combination of C/S(Client/Server)pattern and B/S(Browser/Server) pattern; the adopted development language is C#; realize functions including second-hand mobile phone warehouse-in, bid opening management, bidding management, bid evaluation management, payment management and warehouse-out.Through the official online of platform, it not only guarantees high security, timely response, but also guarantees good interaction and convenient operation for users. Due to the limitation of design and developing cycle, part of functions only can be progressed in the second stage, such as online payment, thus forming the complete bid trade platform.更多还原
