【摘要】 医院信息化行业经历了多年的发展,在医院经营管理和医学信息处理等方面已不断趋于完善和成熟。近年来,移动互联网技术的发展及其引起的消费模式的变革,已经逐渐改变着人民的生活方式。在医疗行业,医院的信息化建设也在积极探索如何借助移动互联网提升医院竞争力,为患者提供更具个性化和优质的服务。Y医院是珠三角地区一家具有实力的民营医院,医院信息化建设经过多年耕耘,积累了丰富的经验,有力辅助医院的发展。Y医院为了进一步保持其中医医学优势,突出灵活经营特色。因此,医院希望能够结合移动互联网模式和技术,寻求新的发展战略。本案例分析以发展战略理论和信息化战略理论为基础,对医院信息化行业的生命周期和Y医院信息化竞争地位进行了分析,对Y医院信息化所处的外部环境、内部资源和能力进行分析。本案例运用ADL矩阵、SWOT等方法,确定了基于移动医疗的信息化战略。案例多角度剖析了Y医院信息化建设的发展现状和在移动互联网下面临的机遇和挑战。结合Y医院实际情况,我制定了基于移动医疗的信息化战略的目标和内容,并给出了具体的实施方法。本文的研究不仅为Y医院信息化建设提供了可行的发展策略,更将移动医疗提升到医院信息化战略层面进行分析,这对医院同行,特别是民营医院,有一定的借鉴价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hospital information technology industry has been development for many years, in terms of hospital management and medical information processing has continued to improve and become mature. In recent years, the development of mobile Internet technology and changes in consumption patterns caused, has been gradually changing people’s way of life. In the medical industry, information technology is also actively exploring how to use the mobile Internet to enhance the competitiveness of the hospital to provide more personalized and quality service to patients. Y hospital is a powerful private hospital in Pearl River Delta region, hospital information technology accumulated a wealth of experience with years of hard work. Y hospital in order to further maintain its medical advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, highlighting the flexible operating characteristics. Therefore, the hospital was hoping to have the aid of mobile Internet technology to seek new strategic of development.This case study is based on the development of strategic theory and enterprise information theory, analyzes the hospital information industry life cycle and Y hospital information competitive position, the external environment, internal resources and capabilities. using ADL matrix and other methods, the case determines the mobile medical development strategy. The analysis of Multi-angle Y hospital status information construction and the opportunities and challenges facing the mobile Internet. Combined with the actual situation of the hospital Y, I set goals and content of the mobile medical strategy, and the concrete implementation methods. This study not only provides a viable development strategy for Y hospital information construction, but will move mobile medical strategy to the hospital medical information strategic level. For peer hospitals, especially private hospitals, there is a certain reference value.更多还原
