【摘要】 我国北方地区出产人参,其中吉林省的人参产出量最多。但是一直以来吉林省人参产业在种植采摘、制作生产和营销等多个方面没有一个统一的管理规范,这严重影响了人参质量和人参的市场购买力。目前我国针对人参生产质量全程可追溯系统还不完善,存在着体系不合理,监管不到位等问题。本文在我国现有的人参生产质量全程可追溯体系的现状的基础上,进行了完善和改进。主要包括以下内容:一、针对我国吉林省人参生产链的实际情况,设计和开发了基于物联网的人参生产质量全程可追溯系统,包括系统体系架构、软件硬件的开发、系统整体的运行模式。二、对人参产品的出产过程做详细的了解,并且对整个过程中的每个环节都建立了追踪溯源的编码策略,消费者想要了解人参产品的各个环节的信息,只需输入产品条码即可。三、本文以吉林省人参为研究对象,从地方政府监督管理、追溯链企业、消费者三方为出发点,利用重要环节采取数据规范技术、信息的编码利用条码标识技术、RFID无线射频识别技术,利用Petri网模型,在基于WampServer的的集成研发平台技术的基础上,设计并实现了覆盖种植采摘、制作生产和营销整个产业链信息可追踪、溯源的人参制品质量安全可追溯系统。本系统的设计,做到了人参制品在从生产到销售整个过程中的质量跟踪,同时对人参产品的信息做到透明化,该系统的研发为规范人参产业,提升吉林人参品牌影响力,制定相关政策制度提供重要的依据,并为中药材市场的规范化管理提供参考和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Northern China, which is believed to be rich in ginseng, among them, the output of Jilin province was the most.At present, the traceability system of the ginseng production quality is not perfect in our country. There are many problems about it. For example, the system is not reasonable, the regulation does not reach the designated position, etc. According to the situation of the traceability system about the ginseng production in our country, this thesis shows the perfection and improvement about this problem.The main achievements are as follows:First, according to the actual situation of ginseng production chain about Jilin Province,the whole traceability system’s process of the ginseng quality is designed by Internet. The system includes system architecture, software and hardware development and the whole system’s operation mode.Second, the papers understand the production process of ginseng product and each link of the whole process has been established to the source of the coding strategy. If consumers want to understand the various aspects information about ginseng product, just input the product bar code.Third, this paper takes jilin ginseng as the research object, regards the local government’s supervision and management, the traceability chain of enterprises and consumers as a starting point, using the important link to achieve the specificific data technology, using barcode identification technology to get the code information, RFID radio frequency identification technology, using Petri net model, based on the WampServer technology, on the basis of the integration of research, the developed platform was designed and implemented to cover growing harvest, the whole industry chain of production and marketing information can be tracking, the traceability of ginseng products quality and safety traceability system. The design of this system, achieves the ginseng products quality tracking in the whole process from production to sales, achieves the information transparency of ginseng products at the same time, the system’s research and development brought great benefits for the specification of ginseng industry, for the brand influence of jilin ginseng, formulate related policies and systems to provide important basis, and provide reference for Chinese herbal medicine market standardization management.更多还原
