【摘要】 随着改革开放的不断深入和城镇化进程的加快,教育总体的迅猛发展和不同区域的发展不均衡表现均十分突出,处于城乡结合部的学校对于呈现这一教育发展态势具有十分典型的意义。包括招生、学习习惯、行为、心理健康以及家庭、社会等多方面等直接影响着学生的健康成长的诸多问题都在城乡结合部学生群体有突出的体现。研究过程中分别采用了文献研究、问卷调查以及访谈、案例分析等方法,分析产生这些问题城乡结合部学生问题和管理问题的内外原因以及主客观原因,通过对国内外关于学生管理方面的理论分析,总结经验,结合实际,为城乡结合部中学生的教育与管理提出了科学有效的对策建议,探索出“三适教育新论”(适合学生、适合学校、适合社会),使学校教育教学步入新的发展轨道。通过对城乡结合部X中学学生问题及相关管理策略研究,本文认为,城乡结合部中学生管理亟待加强,必须本着“以人为本”的管理理念,积极协调家庭、社会力量,将学校、家庭、社会三者形成一种合力,建立一种立体式、多渠道、多元化的管理机制,为促进学生身心健康成长,为学校科学、规范、人文管理奠定基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the deepening of reform and opening up and accelerating the process of urbanization, the rapid development of education and different regions of the uneven performance are very prominent, in urban and rural areas of the school for the presentation of the development trend of this education is very typical significance. Including enrollment, learning habits, behavior, mental health and family, social and other aspects of the direct impact on the healthy growth of students in urban and rural areas of many problems are outstanding.In the course of the study respectively by the literature research, questionnaire survey and interview, case analysis and other methods, analysis these problems in urban and rural areas combined with students and management problems of the internal and external reasons as well as subjective and objective causes, through the theory about the management of the students at home and abroad analysis, sum up experience, combined with the actual, for urban and rural areas with the education and management of students and puts forward some countermeasures for scientific and effective, explore the "fitness education"(for students, suitable for schools, for society), make school education into a new development track.Through the research on the problems and related management strategies of X middle school students in urban and rural areas, this paper argues that the urban and rural areas should be strengthened. It must be coordinated with family and social forces. The three forms of school, family and society should be combined together.更多还原
