基于E公司MES的质量改进策略研究

【摘要】 制造企业从产品导向、制造导向、销售导向发展到今天的竞争导向阶段。在制造业发展的不同阶段,质量观念也随之发生变化。在当前的竞争导向阶段,质量及质量改进成为企业竞争力的重要组成部分。全面质量管理和6σ质量管理的理论和方法在质量管理和质量改进中已经得到广泛的应用,质量改进不再是单单的质量管理人员的工作,它极大的和生产产品,生产工艺,测试手段等因素息息相关,但是如何将设计,技术人员从繁重的数据测量,采集,沟通和分析的繁重任务中解放出来,高度参与质量改进,提高改进效率,同时如何使质量改进的过程和结果快速的在全球化的生产基地得到快速的实施都是摆在生产管理者面前的重要命题。制造执行系统(MES)是位于上层计划管理系统与底层工业控制之间的面向车间生产的管理系统,它的质量管理模块能提供产品追溯、工艺记录,测试结果,并向质量管理人员和技术,设计人员提供实时的质量工具报告和灵活的数据挖掘手段,本文以E公司MES的实施前后为背景,以“基于E公司MES的质量改进策略研究”为题进行研究,研究过程主要分为四个部分,作者在首先对国内外相关研究进行综述的基础上,进一步对质量管理的理论和方法进行回顾,重点研究质量改进的PDCA和DMAIC的方法,作者还围绕质量改进的目标“合格率”对企业竞争力的意义进行理论学习,并对MES的质量管理方法和内涵进行研究,其次作者对E公司之前面对的市场状况和质量管理中存在的问题进行介绍和数据分析,最后作者针对性的提出E公司基于MES的质量改进策略设计,并以实例说明和验证了E公司基于MES的质量改进策略实施的效果。本文以E公司实施MES前后,平台4和平台5系列产品质量改进的效率提高为事实依据,系统的对E公司质量改进小组的设置,质量改进的理论方法,MES系统针对质量改进关键指标的数据收集,产品追溯和生产测试数据存储以及基于质量改进工具的业务报告等相关内容进行详细介绍。从而揭示MES的质量模块的功能是如何和E公司的质量改进方法高效的结合起来并最终给E公司的企业竞争力带来提升的,对其他工业企业的质量改进和MES实施都提供有一定的借鉴意义。
【Abstract】 Manufacturing evolved from product-oriented, manufacturing oriented, sales-oriented to today’s competitive stage. At different stages of the manufacturing development, the quality concepts will change accordingly. In the current stage of the competition-oriented, quality and quality improvement has become more and more important of the competitiveness.Total Quality Management and 6a quality management theory and methods has been widely used to improve the quality, it was no longer only quality management engineers but enormous are closely related to products, production process, testing method and other factors, how to make the designers and product engineers deeply involved in quality improvement and improve improvement efficiency, Meanwhile with the global widely business, how to make the process of quality improvement and improvement result to be implemented rapidly are quite important to the managers.Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for the production management is the layer between Planning system and production line execution. During its quality management function, it provides product traceability, process technology, testing equipment such key parameters and record results automatically, even more it supports designers and engineers get real-time report and flexible data such digging tools, then make it realize of quick solutions. This research studying in the duration of E company MES implementation, by the subject of "E company MES-based quality improvement strategy study", The research going through with four steps, In the first step, after general review of the relevant research both local and abroad, the author reviewed the theories and methods of quality management, focused on the quality improvement methods like PDCA and DMAIC, then, author studied quality improvement goals "Yield",which consider as the significance of the competitiveness, MES and quality management methods and content were studied as well before the second step, In the second step, author descripts and analysis the former problem of E companies market and the quality management, in the third step, author try to study and propose the strategy of quality improvement base on MES,in the last step, By way of example and finally verify the effect of E company MES-based quality improvement strategy.By the facts of product quality improved efficiency from platform 4 series to platform 5 series with MES implemented, the thesis describes the settings of E company’s quality improvement teams, quality improvement theory, MES system for quality improvement of key indicators, data collection, product traceability,production test data storage, and quality improvement tool based business reporting and other related contents. It reveals how the function of the MES quality modules is ultimately combine to E company’s quality improvement method,then finally improve the competitiveness of E company. The research will offer other industrial enterprises quality improvement and MES implementation with certain significance.
