【摘要】 (1)成人特应性皮炎的中医体质学调查目的:根据中医体质学的理论,采用调查问卷的方式,调查南京地区门诊湿疹及特应性皮炎患者的中医体质类型,来分析特应性皮炎及湿疹患者中医体质分布规律、相互关系等,从而为特应性皮炎的诊治提供了新的思路。方法:采用《中医体质学量表》对206例湿疹、48成人例特应性皮炎门诊患者及276例正常人进行问卷调查,分析其中医体质特征分布特征。结果:不同体质分别在湿疹组、特应性皮炎组及对照组分布情况:湿疹组阳虚质、阴虚质及痰湿质出现的频次高于对照组,也高于特应性皮炎组;特应性皮炎组的特禀质、气虚质则高于湿疹组,也高于对照组;对照组平和质均高于湿疹组及特应性皮炎组。湿疹组患者中医体质的分布特点:206例湿疹患者体质分布按频数出现的高低排列顺序前三位为阳虚质、阴虚质、气虚质。特应性皮炎患者中医体质的分布特点:48例特应性皮炎患者体质分布按频数出现的高低排序前三位分别为特禀质、气虚质、阴虚质。南京地区门诊湿疹患者阳虚质率最高,特应性皮炎患者特禀质率最高,显示了阳虚质、特禀质分别为湿疹、特应性皮炎的主要体质因素,从中医体质学理论上说明了两者在发病基础上存在一定的区别。同时不同性别的湿疹及特应性皮炎患者中医体质特征也存在区别。(2)补肾益气方治疗成人特应性皮炎的临床研究目的:中医学认为,特应性皮炎的发病不仅与外感风热湿邪有关,还与先天肾精不足密切相关,本研究应用补肾益气方对肾虚、气虚型成人特应性皮炎进行治疗,通过病证结合的疗效指标,来探讨补肾益气方治疗成人特异性皮炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:本研究共纳入33例符合研究要求的患者,其中治疗组16例,对照组14例,分别于治疗前、治疗4周后,记录疾病相关的各项量表指标来观察补肾益气方治疗特应性皮炎的临床疗效。结果:补肾益气方治疗成人特应性皮炎,两组在症状改善、睡眠质量及瘙痒天数、生活质量改善的评分都有显著差异性,且治疗组在疾病疗效及中医证候量化评分明显优于对照组,且无不良反应报告。所以,补肾益气方治疗成人特应性皮炎临床疗效明确,安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 (1)Study on the Constitution Characteristic of Adult Atopic DermatitisPurpose:according to the theory of constitution in Chinese medicine study,using the questionnaire way,Survey the type of constitution in Chinese medicine of clinical patients with eczema and atopic dermatitis in Nanjing area,Analysis the distribution and relationshion of patients with eczema and atopic dermatitis in constitution in Chinese medicine,Thus providing the new thinking direction for diagnosis and treatment in those patients.Methods:Investigated 206 cases of patients with eczema,48 cases patients with atopic dermatitis and 278 cases normal people,by Constitution characteristic of Traditional Chinese Medicine constitutional rating scale with the patients having known the fact and agreed to it.Analyzed the constitutional characteristies of the eczema and Atopic dermatitis patients basing on Chinese medicine.Results:the different constitutional characteristic in eczema group,atopic dermatitis group and normal group.That is yang deficiency,yin deficiency and phlegma-tic dampness in eczema group is higher than normal and Atopic dermatitis groups;The idiosyncracy in Atopic dermatitis group is higher than eczema and normal groups,the difference was statistically significant.The percent of frequence of Eczema Patients constitutions was presented by descending turns,that is yang-asthenia,yin-deficiency,qi-deficiency,Phlegma-tic,dampness,moderation,damp-heat,idiosyncracy,stagnation of qi,stagnation of blood.The percent of frequence of Atopic dermatitis Patients constitutions was presented by descending turns,that is idiosyncracy,qi deficiency,yin-deficiency,yang-asthenia,Phlegmatic and dampheat,moderation,stagnation of qi,stagnation of blood.Yang-deficiency constitution in eczema group is the highest rate,and idiosyncracy constitution is highest in Atopic dermatitis group.Fully illustrated Yang deficiency constitution and idiosyncracy constitution,respectively,are the essential reason of occurrence and development of eczema and atopic dermatitis.It can explain the difference between the two in constitution in Chinese medicine.At the same time,Constitution characteristic of different gender is also differ in eczema and atopic deimatitis patients.(2)Clinical Research on the therapeutic of Adult Atopic Dermatitis after Treating by the Formula of Nourish Kidney and QiObjective:In Chinese Medicine theory,the incidence of Atopic Dermatitis not only concern with exogenous wind-heat Dampness,but also closely related to congenital deficiency Kidney essence.In this study,through the use of the Formula of Nourish Kidney and Qi on Atopic Dermatitis with the types of Deficiency of Kidney and Qi,and curative indices which combine with dieases and syndrome,to discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of Adult Atopic Dermatitis.Method:This study included 33cases of patients who met the study requirements,16 in treatment group,14 in control group,3 dismissed.Record the indexes of each scales of the research while detect the Eosinophils and Total Serum IgE levels in the way of Chemiluminescence,and continue to follow-up after the end of the medication two months.Result:With the use of the Formula of Nourish Kidney and Qi,significant differences of improvements in symptoms,laboratory parameters,quality of sleep,the number of the itching days and improvement of life quality SCORADe were found between the two groups,while the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in term of disease efficacy and TCM Syndrome Quantified Assessment,and aslo and with no adverse reaction reports.So we can conclude that the Formula of Nourish Kidney and Qi has a good effect and highly safety in the treatment of Adult Atopic Dermatitis.更多还原
