基于.NET的生产调度指挥系统研究与开发

【摘要】 近年来石化公司信息化建设已达到了较高的水平,已经建成投用的信息化系统有ERP、MES、HSE、LIMS等,这些系统的成功上线,为公司生产层管理、经营层管理、以及决策层管理等各方面的管理工作带来了信息化的时代变革,实现了生产数据的自动处理、生产经营报表的自动生成、办公作业的自动流转等,但是这些系统只实现了各类事务的分类处理,没有将办公、生产、安全、环保、设备等数据进行综合处理,分类分层逐级呈报,以供各层管理人员了解工艺运行情况、设备运行状态、环保治理状况等,因此,公司急需一个综建立合信息处理平台,实现包括设备、生产、安全、环保等各层面异常信息的分类分层逐级呈报,以供公司各层领导及时准确地了解生产经营的各种生产、设备、异常信息,以便决策。在这一背景下,本文针对石化公司信息分散,决策层无法及时掌握生产第一线信息的问题,设计了生产调度指挥系统,并开发了其中生产异常信息管理模块用于加强公司炼化生产领域中信息化管理的水平,将各相关领域的系统进行数据集成,增强公司生产调度对各类生产信息和数据的查询和分析能力,经过科学的归纳与汇总,可为公司生产调度及相关管理人员提供及时、准确的决策信息,能够更好地为公司安全生产和科学调度提供有力的支持。
【Abstract】 In recent years,information construction in petrochemical company has reached a higher level and informatization projects in operation have ERP,MES,HSE and LIMS.With the success of these systems,informatization has become the inevitable choice as the managements of enterprises,i.e.the layer of production,operation,and decision-making,adapt the change of the times and realized the automatic processing of production data,the automatic generation of production reports,automatic transfer office work,etc.Although these systems achieved classification processing of various affairs,there are no comprehensive treatment and classified and stratified report of data about office,production,equipment,safety and environmental protection for managers in all levels in enterprise to understand equipment operation,technology of running situation and environmental governance,etc.Therefore,the company needed a platform of integrated information processing to classified and stratified report of abnormal information about equipment,production,safety and environmental protection,meanwhile,managers in different levels in enterprise can timely and accurately understand various production,equipment and abnormal information of production and management in order to make the decision.In this background,this article in view of the petrochemical company information is scattered,policy makers fail to master the production of the first line of information,design the production scheduling command system,and developed the production of abnormal information management module is used to strengthen the company’s refining production in the field of information management level,to the relevant systems in the field of data integration,enhance the company’s production scheduling for all kinds of production information and data query and analysis ability,through scientific induction and summary,for the company’s production scheduling and related management personnel to provide timely and accurate decision-making information,better able to safety production and scientific scheduling for the company to provide strong support.
