城市用四轮直驱电动汽车车身造型设计

【摘要】 随着环境污染的加重和能源短缺危机的逼近,国内外针对电动汽车的研究逐渐兴起,其中四轮直驱电动汽车以其传动性能好、电控程度高、车身轻便等优点,成为电动汽车研究的独特方向。本论文依靠本学科的四轮毂驱动电动汽车项目,应用仿生学、感性工学等现代设计方法,进行了车身外观概念设计的探索,为项目中的电动汽车提供了外观设计方案。本文综合考虑了美学设计及工程可用性理念,在理解四轮轮毂驱动技术的优缺点的基础上,分析并把握设计趋势,探索了一种新的汽车外观设计流程。论文所采用的渐进式创新设计方法和理性化的评估方法,有效地避免了由于设计师个人设计能力不足所导致的设计可用性差的问题。论文的第一部分针对轮毂电机驱动技术及汽车造型基本知识进行了资料收集和调查研究,通过分析目前市场上纯电动微型车的外观设计理念对该类型汽车外观设计趋势进行了预测,并应用标杆分析法为概念设计阶段确定了标杆车型。论文的第二部分包括概念设计和方案优化两个阶段。为了更顺利的开展项目,概念设计阶段首先从汽车的侧身设计切入,在明确造型设计方向的基础上进行概念演化,使用较为客观的评价方法对设计方案进行评价,并最终产出了设计方案的三维模型。方案优化阶段则针对前期得到的造型方案进行美学分析和人机尺寸关系分析,完善细部设计等,并对汽车车身设计中需要考虑的外观色彩和材质进行了阐述。论文的第三部分则主要考虑了电动汽车的车身结构和安全性能,并根据前期得到的车身外观设计方案进行了汽车车架的建模,证明了设计方案的可行性。

【Abstract】 The research on electric vehicle in domestic and foreign countries is on the rising with the approach of serious environmental pollution and energy shortage crisis, four-wheel drive electric vehicle has become the unique research direction because its better driving performance, high degree of electrical control, lightweight body, etc. This thesis relies on the four-wheel drive project, provided an appearance design solution using bionics principle, Kansei Engineering and other modern design methods. Combined the aesthetic design and engineering usability principle together, this thesis explored a new appearance design process for electric vehicle based on understanding the relative merits of four wheel drive technology and analysis of design trends. The incremental innovation design method and rational assessment methods used in the thesis may avoid the problem of poor usability design caused by shortage of individual designers.The first part of this thesis focuses on the data collection and literature research. Through analyzing the design idea of pure electric vehicles in current market, the design trends of this typical vehicle was predicted, this part also determined the benchmark model of conceptual design stage using benchmark method. The second part of the thesis includes concept design stage and optimization design stage. In order to carry out the project smoothly, the sideways styling was designed in the beginning, after explored the design direction, several design concepts was evolved. Using objective evaluation methods to evaluate the design concepts, finally three-dimensional model was outputted. Optimization phase is mainly about aesthetics and human factors analysis aiming at the concept design scheme, refining the design details and describe the colors and materials of appearance design. The third part of this thesis mainly consider about the body frame and safety performance of electric vehicles, and modeling the body frame according to preliminary design scheme to prove the feasibility of the design.
