【摘要】 信息界面作为人与机器之间的交流平台,界面视觉刺激影响着用户的行为与感知。为了能从信息界面设计的角度,增加信息界面的可用性,设计师们要全面关注与了解用户在信息界面上的行为特征及行为模式,为信息界面的分析设计提供可靠的理论依据和参考。本文首先对信息界面视觉刺激的用户行为模式进行研究。运用认知心理学、设计学、用户行为研究等理论,对信息界面视觉刺激和用户认知进行分析整理,归纳了用户行为研究内容、研究方法。其次,选取东南大学图书馆网站界面作为案例分析,选取典型任务进行研究。运用情境调查法以及访谈法,利用屏幕录像等软件获取用户行为数据,分析用户在该界面上的操作流程以及各类视觉刺激对用户行为的影响。采用眼动追踪的方法对信息界面视觉刺激的用户行为进行眼动研究,进一步挖掘视觉刺激对于用户在各信息阶段的视觉行为的影响。然后,归纳了用户在个例网站信息检索阶段、信息浏览阶段以及信息查看阶段的行为模式。该模式具有普适性,可以理解为用户在一般图书搜索类网站上的行为模式。同时,基于各信息阶段行为模式对界面视觉刺激设计要求进行分析,归纳了个例网站界面视觉刺激的不合理之处并提出改良建议,提出了“少而精”、易于理解、易于搜索以及以用户为中心这四个原则,为一般图书搜索类网站的界面和视觉刺激设计提供参考。最后,基于个例网站界面视觉刺激的用户行为模式研究,对该网站信息界面进行改良设计,并对改良前后的界面进行可用性测试。测试结果表明用户行为模式研究结果有效,用户行为模式研究成果对信息界面视觉刺激的改良有很好的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the communication platform between human and machine, visual stimulation of information interface has a significant impact on the behavior and cognitive mechanism of users. In order to increase the availability of information interface from the perspective of interface design, designers have to pay attention to and understand the user behavior feature and behavior patterns on the information interface. It provides a reliable theoretical basis and reference for analyzing and designing the interface.First of all, with the use of cognitive psychology, design science and user research theory, this paper conducts a research on user behavior patterns of visual stimulation on information interface. It analyzes visual stimulation and cognitive mechanism of information interface. It also summarizes user behavior research theories and research methods.Then, this paper selects web interface of Southeast University Library and typical tasks as a case study. It obtains some behavioral data with using situational survey, interview, screen recording software and eye-tracking experiment. It summarizes users’ operating process and impact on users’ behavior.After that, with analysis of experimental data, this paper summarizes user behavior patterns of three stages of information, including retrieving information, browsing information and viewing information. These patterns are universal and can be regards as user behavior patterns of finding books on library website interface. With the research of user behavior and behavior patterns, this paper summarizes unreasonableness of the visual stimulation and provides some advice of improving the information interface. It also analyzes design requirements of interface and proposes four principles, including ’less and accurate’, easy to understand, easy to find and user-centered. These principles can provide some reference of designing information interface and visual stimulation for designers.At last, based on the study of the case, this paper improves the interface design and conducts a usability test. The results show that preliminary findings of user behavior patterns are effective and have a good effect on improvement of information interface.更多还原
