【摘要】 目的:本研究通过对颈型颈椎病(Cervical Type of Cervical Spondylosis)患者分别进行快刺不留针法、常规普通针刺法治疗,观察快刺不留针法对颈型颈椎病患者的治疗效果。方法:60名颈型颈椎病患者,随机分为两组,即快刺不留针组和常规普通针刺组,每组各30例;观察两组治疗前后Northwick Park颈痛量表(NPQ)以及简式McGill疼痛问卷(SF-MPQ)评分的变化,并观察临床表现及不良反应,评价其疗效。结果:治疗前,刺不留针组和常规普通针刺组两组组间比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组NPQ积分与治疗前相比均有显著性意义(P<0.05),且快刺不留针组优于普通针刺组(P<0.05);两组的SF-MPQ各项评分均明显改善,且快刺不留针组在感觉PRI、总PRI方面优于普通针刺组(P<0.05)。结论:快刺不留针法可有效治疗颈型颈椎病,明显改善颈型颈椎病临床症状,在改善疼痛和负面情绪方面优于普通针刺组,可以作为治疗颈型颈椎病的一种有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The methods of quick needling without retaining needle and common needling were selected to treat the patient with Cervical Type of Cervical Spondylosis in this research to observe the efficacy of quick needling without retaining needle.Methods: 60 patients of Cervical Type of Cervical Spondylosis were selected and divided randomly into two groups(group 1: quick needling without retaining needle; group 2:common needling), 30 in each group. To evaluate the curative effects of the two groups, the scores of NPQ and SF-MPQ were observed before treatment and after treatment, as well as the clinical symptoms and side-effects.Results: Before treatment, there was no difference between two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, there was difference between two groups onthe scores of NPQ(P<0.05), and the group of quick needling without retaining the needle is superior to the group of common needling. The scoresof SF-MPQ were improved obviously in both two groups, and the group of quick needling without retaining needleis better than the group of common needling on emotion Pain Rating Index(PRI) and total PRI.Conclusion:The method of quick needling without retaining needle may treat the Cervical Type of Cervical Spondylosis effectively and improve the clinical symptoms obviously. Furthermore, it is better to themethodof common needling in the aspect of relieving pain. The method of quick needling without retaining needle might be aneffective method for treating Cervical Type of Cervical Spondylosis.更多还原
