XC公司薪酬管理问题及对策研究

【摘要】 随着市场化进程的发展,企业之间的竞争日益加剧,提高核心竞争力是摆在每个企业面前的现实问题,尤其是对于那些即将从体制中分离出来的中小型国有物业管理企业。提高企业核心竞争力首先是要提高“人”的竞争力,这就需要加强企业的人力资源管理,而关键就是要加强薪酬管理。本文以XC公司为案例研究对象,对XC公司薪酬管理现状进行研究。围绕这一主题。本文主要的研究方法是文献研究法和案例研究法。文章首先阐述了薪酬的有关概念和理论研究,介绍了XC公司的组织架构、员工的一般情况和薪酬管理体系的现状;其次,对XC公司薪酬管理体系的现状进行了深入的调查和研究,分析了目前薪酬管理体系存在的主要问题和产生的原因;再次,结合XC公司的实情,对其提出了薪酬管理改革的对策建议;最后,分析了XC公司加强薪酬管理的保障措施,包括加强与管委会的沟通,争取上级主管部门的支持;成立薪酬改革委员会,为薪酬改革提供组织保障;加强宣传,为薪酬改革提供精神动力;让员工参与薪酬改革的全过程,提高薪酬满意度等等。本文主要研究的是XC公司的薪酬管理,旨在通过对XC公司薪酬管理体系现状的深入调查研究,对该企业薪酬管理提出改革建议,并提出保障措施,从而提高员工的薪酬满意度和工作的积极性。本文为中小型国有物业管理企业薪酬体系的管理提出了一些建议,对类似的国有物业管理企业具有定的借鉴作用。
【Abstract】 With the development of the market oriented process, the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more intensified. Therefore, to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises is a real problem in front of each enterprise, especially for small and medium state-owned property management companies that are coming out of the system. To improve the core competitiveness of an enterprise is to improve the competitiveness of the "people", we should strengthen the human resource management, and the compensation system management is a key.This paper takes XC company as the case study object, and studies the salary management of XC company. Around this theme. The main research methods of this paper are literature research and case study. Firstly, the paper introduces the relevant concepts and theoretical research, introduces the organization structure, staff of the general situation and salary management system, the main problems and causes of XC company’s salary management system, analyzes the main problems and causes of XC company’s salary management system, and puts forward the measures to strengthen the management. reform of XC company. Finally, the paper puts forward the measures to strengthen the management of the compensation reform. This paper mainly studies the compensation management of XC company, through the investigation of the status quo of the XC company’s salary management system, the paper puts forward the reform proposals, and puts forward the safeguard measures, so as to improve the employee’s salary satisfaction and work enthusiasm. This paper puts forward some suggestions for the management of the salary system of small and medium sized state owned property management enterprises, and provides some reference for the similar state-owned property management enterprises.
