济南市青年企业家队伍建设研究

【摘要】 改革开放以来,济南市经济社会发展取得了巨大的成就。但是近年来,尤其是进入“十二五”以后,受宏观经济形势影响,以及经济结构调整、房地产市场调控、内外需市场萎缩、成本要素上涨过快等因素制约制约,济南市经济增速跌破两位数,特别是钢铁、石化、建材等传统优势产业和一些骨干企业,生产经营比较困难,致使经济增速趋缓,经济规模不大、效益不好等矛盾和问题仍未得到根本改善。要保持经济发展的活力,需要跟改革要红利,跟城镇化要潜力,跟科技创新要动力,所有这些的动力就来源于市场,来源于激发市场主体的活力。今年,济南市对“十二五”规划目标进行了调整,生产总值由年均增长11%调整为年均增长9.5%,对非公经济目标比重提高到了46%。同时,我们也可以看到有的企业却临危不惧,从危机中看到了企业发展的良好机遇,使企业日益壮大。这就充分说明亟需加强济南市企业家队伍建设的必要性,应该采取有效措施来促进企业家队伍建设,特别是中青年企业家的培育和扶持,从而增强济南企业的竞争力,提高企业的抗风险能力。本文以济南市的青年企业家队伍建设作为切入点,对其理论基础和研究现状进行了详细的论述,并在此基础上通过调研数据分析,深入研究在经济新常态下,济南市如何结合创新型城市建设的大背景,实行青年企业家队伍平台建设,充分肯定了已经取得的阶段性成效,同时也对出现的问题进行深入剖析,并提出了较为可行的应对措施。本文旨在通过对青年企业家队伍建设的研究、比较、分析,为进一步深入和完善青年企业家队伍建设作出有益的探索,也为其他地区的相关工作提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the reform and opening up, the economic and social development of Ji’nan has made great achievements. But in recent years, especially into the "Twelfth Five Year", the impact of macroeconomic situation, as well as economic structure adjustment, the real estate market regulation, internal and external demand and other factors, the Ji’nan economic growth fell below two figures, especially steel, petrochemical, building materials and other traditional industries and some key enterprises, production and management more difficult, resulting in economic growth has slowed down, the economic scale is not good, and the problem has not been fundamentally improved. To maintain the vitality of economic development, the need to reform to dividends, with the urbanization to the potential, with technological innovation to power, all of which comes from the power of the market, from the source to stimulate the vitality of market players. This year, Jinan City on the goals of the twelfth five year plan were adjusted, the gross domestic product by an average annual growth of 11% adjusted to an average annual growth rate of 9.5%, raise the proportion of non-public economic targets to 46%. At the same time, we can also see some enterprises has courage, from the crisis saw a good opportunity for the development of enterprises, so that enterprises become stronger and stronger. This should fully explain the need to strengthen the construction of the Ji’nan city entrepreneur team, we should take effective measures to promote the construction of the entrepreneur team, in particular, the cultivation and support of young entrepreneurs, so as to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in Ji’nan, improve the ability to resist risks.This paper takes Ji’nan’s young entrepreneurs team construction as the breakthrough point, and discusses the theoretical basis and research status, and through the research data analysis, in-depth study in the economic new normal, Ji’nan City, how to combine the construction of innovative city, the implementation of the platform for young entrepreneurs, and fully affirmed the achievements, but also put forward a more feasible measures.This paper aims to provide a useful exploration for the further development and improvement of the construction of young entrepreneurs, and to provide reference for other areas.更多还原
