【摘要】 城市公园是城市绿色的基础,它可起到净化空气,优化生态系统,提高经济效益等重要作用,还为城市居民提供休闲娱乐的场所,并向广大居民及游客展示城市文化及城市形象。综合性公园以活动内容多样、建设面积大、服务人群广泛、设施健全等特点成为最受城市居民欢迎的公园类型。论文在研究国内外城市公园的发展情况后,选取深圳市综合性公园(东湖公园、莲花山公园、中山公园)为调查对象,采用使用状况评价(POE)方法对其进行调查,总结调查结果并进行分析,对其作出总体评价。通过对公园使用者及其行为活动进行观察、结合问卷和随机访谈,对结果做比较分析,客观地评价了深圳综合性公园的使用状况。另外,论文总结了深圳市综合性公园目前存在的共性问题,分析其产生的原因,将使用者的需求融入其中提出有针对性的优化建议,为今后深圳综合性公园的规划和改造提供相关依据与参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urban parks are the green foundation. It can purify the air, optimize the ecological system, bring some economic benefit, also provide entertainment and leisure for urban residents, and show the vast number of residents and tourists some city culture and city image. It is no denial that parks are of great importance. Colligating parks are the most popular for the residents due to a variety of activities, large spacious area, a wide range of services, various facilities and so on.This thesis selects Shenzhen City Colligating Parks (East Lake Park, Lotus Hill Park, Zhongshan Park) as investigation objects after researching for park developments in China and abroad and uses post occupancy evaluation (POE) method to research, analyse, summarize and make an overall evaluation. Through a great number of observation of park users and their activities, through questionnaires and random interviews, the thesis analyses and compares the results and then evaluates the use of Colligating parks in Shenzhen objectively. Furthermore,the thesis also analyses and summarizes the common problems existing in Shenzhen City Colligating Parks, explains the causes, proposes great suggestions as provide basis and reference to future optimize the construction and renovation of Shenzhen Parks according to users’ needs.更多还原
