【摘要】 为了促进沈阳市装配式保障性住房的应用与推广,提高建筑产业化进程,促进保障性住房发展,使得二者紧密结合、共同进步,本文以装配式建筑的产业示范基地,即沈阳市为背景,研究了在此进程中需要解决的关键性技术问题,希望通过该文的研究能够为其发展优化改善提供理论及实践基础。本文总体上立足于装配式建筑与保障性住房的结合,及其在应用过程中的关键性技术问题。构建沈阳市装配式保障性住房规模优化模型,和选址评价模型,从而最终提出了装配式保障性住房的多期动态时序生产及收购规模,以及目前沈阳市的项目其选址评价。在理论及实践分析的基础上,提出了促进沈阳市装配式保障性住房发展的相应对策,和装配式保障性住房推广与应用的发展策略,以及保障性住房建设与装配式建筑互促发展的建议。本文研究内容主要包括如下几个部分:通过分析保障性住房建设对装配式建筑在质量、工期、成本、资源等方面的定性与定量的促进作用,以及装配式建筑在保障性住房建设过程中的各方面促进作用,对比分析保障性住房与装配式建筑的特征及关联性。以沈阳市统计局关于人均住房建筑面积、户均人口、城镇居民人数等数据为基础,通过线性回归方程,建立规模优化模型,以此来预测其未来六年发展情况。总结剖析了保障性住房未来需求规模,以及在土地规划、经济现状、生产能力等约束条件下,沈阳市装配式保障性住房多期动态时序生产规模优化模型,并得出最优解。通过建立区位、社会、环境等指标,评价并分析沈阳市建成及在建的装配式保障性住房项目的选址,对其进行合理性排序,为沈阳市装配式保障性住房未来的建设选址提供相应的参考,使其更加科学、合理。最终,促进沈阳市装配式保障性住房的健康稳定发展。通过沈阳市这一实际案例分析,最终为沈阳市装配式保障性住房的推广与应用提供了定性与定量的技术性优化建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to promote Shenyang fabricated affordable housing application and promotion,improve building industrialization process, promote affordable housing development, making the two closely, common progress, the paper industry demonstration base prefabricated building,namely Shenyang background study the key technical issues need to be addressed in this process,and hope to be able to optimize its development improved by studying the text provides basic theory and practice.Based on the theoretical and practical analysis, it proposes to promote the development of affordable housing fabricated of countermeasures, development strategies to promote affordable housing assembly type and application, as well as recommendations of affordable housing construction and prefabricated building promoted by development.This paper mainly includes the following parts:This article is based on generally binding prefabricated building and affordable housing, and the key technical problems in the application process to the best route analysis technology to build affordable housing size and location model, final assembly-type production scale proposed affordable housing more dynamic timing of, and the site evaluation model.Shenyang Municipal Bureau of Statistics on per capita housing floor space, the average population, the number of urban residents and other data, by linear regression equation, scale optimization models in order to predict the development of the next six years. Summary analysis of the future demand scale affordable housing, as well as in land planning, economic situation,production capacity constraints, Shenyang fabricated affordable housing more dynamic timing of production scale optimization models, and draw the optimal solution.Through the establishment of regional, social, environmental and other indicators, evaluate and analyze the site in Shenyang built and assembled in the construction of affordable housing projects, its rationality sort, for the future construction of Shenyang fabricated affordable housing site provide the appropriate reference, to make it more scientific and reasonable. Eventually,promote the healthy and stable development of Shenyang fabricated affordable housing.Shenyang through this practical case studies, and ultimately provides the technology to optimize the qualitative and quantitative formula for the construction and development of affordable housing assembly.更多还原
