“新思维体育游戏”促进小学生执行功能发展的实践研究

【摘要】 研究背景:执行功能是一种高级的认知功能,是儿童正确认知的基础,是儿童合理行为的保证,大量研究已表明体育运动有利于儿童执行功能发展,活动内容主要涉及常规体育运动。体育游戏是以身体运动为基本手段,以增强体质、娱乐身心、陶冶情操为目的的一种现代游戏方法,既具有游戏的娱乐性、趣味性,又包含了体育运动的特征,深受儿童喜爱,其能否做为发展儿童执行功能的有效干预手段,值得深入探讨。研究目的:(1)探讨8周新思维体育游戏活动对小学生的执行功能、大肌肉动作发展的影响;(2)进一步探讨大肌肉动作发展在新思维体育游戏影响小学生执行功能发展中的中介作用,为采用体育游戏活动手段促进小学生执行功能发展提供实验证据和实践参考。研究方法:选取五年级小学生两个班,随机分为实验班(42名学生)和对照班(43名学生),使用Flanker、1-back以及More-odd shifting任务全面评价五年级小学生8周实验前后执行功能的抑制、刷新和转换三个子功能的变化,使用大肌肉动作发展测验评价五年级小学生8周实验前后大肌肉动作发展的变化。使用SPSS统计软件的独立样本T检验、协方差分析、重复测量方差分析和温忠麟等人提出的中介效应检验程序对数据分析与统计。研究结果:(1)8周新思维体育游戏活动有利于小学生执行功能的发展,但是促进效果存在差异性,对刷新功能有明显促进效果,对转换功能有明显促进效果,对抑制功能不具有明显促进效果; (2)8周新思维体育游戏活动有利于小学生大肌肉动作发展,对大肌肉动作发展中位移运动有明显促进效果,对大肌肉动作发展中物体控制有明显促进效果;(3)通过使用温忠麟等人提出的中介效应检验程序逐个进行检验,检验新思维体育游戏促进执行功能刷新功能和转换功能发展中大肌肉动作发展的位移运动和物体控制起到中介作用,结果表明位移运动在体育游戏提高刷新功能发展起中介作用,Z=-2.5,P=0.012,P<0.05。研究结论:8周新思维体育游戏活动对小学生大肌肉动作、执行功能发展具有促进效果,且大肌肉动作发展在8周新思维体育游戏活动促进执行功能发展中起到中介作用。

【Abstract】 Background:Executive function is a kind of superior cognitive function, is the basis of individuals to have the correct cognition, and is the guarantee of individual rational behavior. The present study has proved the moderate intensity aerobic exercise is helpful for the development of executive function, but interventions are almost sports or martial arts. New thinking sports game is based on sports games, for the purpose of promoting the development of executive function, which emphasis on the thinking training.Research purposes:(1) to investigate that an eight-week new thinking sports games’effect on the primary school student’s executive function, and the development of the muscle action; (2) to investigate the primary school students’big muscle action development change as the intermediary variables of the new thinking sport game, to provide some experimental evidence and practice reference for the development of executive function in sports games.Research methods:to pick up two class in grade five, dividing into the experimental class (selected from 42 students as experimental group) and comparative class (43 students selected as control group), using the Flanker,1-back and More-odd task shifting comprehensive evaluation grade five pupils 8 weeks inhibition of executive function before and after the experiment, refresh and convert the change of the three child function, using big muscle action development test evaluation grade five pupils 8 weeks, the development of the large muscle action changes before and after the experiment. Using the single factor analysis of SPSS statistical software, and analysing the covariance, repetitive measure, then do the correlation and regression analysis and based on the intermediary effect inspection procedures put forward by zhong-lin wen to analysis the data and statistics.Research Results:(1) an eight-week new thinking sports game activities is beneficial to the development of pupil executive function and big muscle action development; (2) an eight-week new thinking sports games effect on dissimilarity in the three subfunction of the executive function, refresh the function and transformation function has obvious promoting effect, and have no significant effect of inhibiting function; (3) by using zhong-lin wen put forward the mediation effect of testing procedures, the results show that the displacement movement as the intermediary effect of refresh function test Z=-2.5, P=0.012,P<0.05.Research conclusion:(1) an eight-week new thinking sports games promote the effect on refreshing and changing the primary school students’function remarkably; (2) an eight-week new thinking sports activities significantly on promoting the development of pupil big muscle action effect; (3) it proved that the displacement of the motor movement development play a positive intermediary effect to refresh function.
