抚顺地区配电线路的防雷对策及效果检验

【摘要】 本文对国内外现有的配电线路防雷方法进行了介绍,论证了配电线路防雷害的侧重是防感应雷。详细分析了配电线路雷电过电压的危害和产生机理,指出配电设备雷击后绝缘闪络、架空绝缘线断线都是由工频续流引发的。阐述了抚顺供电公司目前对配电线路防雷采用的主要理念和方法。简介了雷电定位系统和避雷器放电计数器结合使用,可以准确判断配电线路受雷情况。在简介氧化锌避雷器性能和优点的同时,也介绍了带串联间隙与无间隙避雷器的区别和使用方法。本文以四海干线为例,论述了如何根据线路走廊的外部条件进行防雷评估,并且具体给出了四海干线避雷器的安装数量、地点及选择的型号。通过四海干线运行情况,证明采用的防雷方法的正确性和科学性,本论文论述的配电线路防雷方法在国内具有领先性,将对配电线路防雷有指导意义。

【Abstract】 In this paper, it introduces the existing lightning protection method of distribution line for the domestic and foreign, and shows that emphasis of distribution line lightning protection is inductive lightning protection. It analyses distribution line damaging of lightning overvoltage and generating mechanism in detail. It shows that when insulation inner complex of distribution equipment and aerial insulation line encounters thunder with disconnection, they are caused by power-flow current. This paper states some main ideas and methods of Fushun power company about the existing lightning protection method of distribution line. It introduces integrated using of lightning location system and arrester discharge counter, and this method can accurately judge lightning protection situation of distribution line. It introduces the performance and advantages of zinc oxide arrester, also introduces difference and using method of polymer metal oxide arresters with series gaps and gapless arrester. This paper takes Langshi line for example, and states how to evaluate lightning protection based on external conditions of lines corridor, and specifically gives the installation number, location and selected model of Langshi line lightning arrester. It proves adoptive lightning protection method accurately and scientifically through Langshi line operation. The paper states this lightning protection method of distribution line is the leading technology for domestic, and it is guiding significance for lightning protection of distribution line.
