机车周转问题的研究

【摘要】 铁路机车是铁路运输牵引动力的主要来源,是铁路运输产品最重要的动力设备。作为铁路运输企业重要的生产资料,铁路机车在铁路运输生产活动中相关费用的支出占整个运输生产成本相当大的比重,铁路运输企业的经济效益与机车运用效率的高低有着直接联系。所以,如何加速机车周转、提高机车运用效率已成为铁路运输单位所关注的重要研究课题。本文结合我国目前机车管理运用工作现状,以加速机车周转、提高机车运用效率作为研究主要出发点和落脚点,并结合业内优秀研究成果、采取理论研究与算例验证相结合的方法,通过针对机车周转时间的影响因素、非固定区段机车周转问题、提高机车运用效率的途径等几个方面进行研究,以期达到实现优化机车周转、提高机车运用效率的目的。本文主要包含以下几个方面内容:(1)介绍加速机车周转问题研究的重要意义、研究方法理论及其主要研究内容。(2)从机车交路及运转制、机车交路及乘务方式、机车检修计划对周转图的影响、不同机车运转制优缺点分析比较等方面分析机车周转的影响因素。(3)主要研究提高机车运用效率的途径及方法。通过对机车工作量指标、机车牵引力利用效率指标、机车时间运用效率指标、机车综合运用效率指标等分析,进一步研究利用调整机务布局、延长机车交路、缩短机车全周转时间、提高机车牵引能力、提高技术速度和改变机车运用方式等方法,来提高机车运用效率。(4)研究分析非固定区段机车的周转问题。通过优化目标、机车运用方案、停留时间三方面的横向比较分析来说明非固定牵引方式的优势;结合我国铁路绝大部分线路采用肩回运转制的实际情况,重点研究了肩回运转制下的机车周转方案的优化问题,尤其在机务本段所在站的机车接续问题,以加速机车的周转,提高机车运用效率。

【Abstract】 Railway locomotive is one of the most power of rail transport, and is very important production equipment of railway transport. As a railway transport enterprise of production, the expenses proportion of railway locomotive is very large in rail transport system, the level of using railway locomotive is largely related to the benefit of rail transport. So, speeding locomotive working and improving locomotive efficiency have become an important research topic of rail transport enterprises, and its position has become increasingly important.In combination with the current station of management of using locomotive, this page which combines with the industry’s good research and bases on the theoretical research with examples focuses on accelerating the locomotive working and improving the operating efficiency of the locomotive and researches the problems of the turnaround time of locomotives、the flow of locomotive non-fixed sections and the improving efficiency of using locomotives in order to achieve optimize locomotive working and locomotive efficiency. This paper includes the following aspects:(1) Describe the significance of accelerating locomotive working the main theories and the research methods of this paper.(2) Analysising the factors of affecting locomotive turnaround bases on the running locomotive system, locomotive crew way road, the impact of the turnover figure locomotive maintenance plan, the advantages and disadvantages of different locomotives operating system.(3) Mainly discusses the ways of improving the efficiency of locomotive. From the comprehensive analysis of the locomotive workload indicators, the locomotive traction efficiency indicators, the locomotive time use efficiency indicators and the locomotive utilization efficiency indicators, makes the conclusion:improving the efficiency of locomotive by adjusting the layout of maintenance, extending cross-road motorcycles, motorcycling full shorten turnaround time, improving traction capacity, improving locomotive technological speed.(4) Discuss the issues of Non-fixed sections. Analyzes the advantages of non-fixed traction by optimizing the objective comparison of locomotive scheme、the comparative analysis of the residence time; Combined with the vast majority of China’s railway, researches the locomotive turnaround problem, especially researches the motorcycle segment connecting issues and double traction problems in the maintenance of the station to accelerate the turnover of locomotives and improve locomotive efficiency.
