【摘要】 随着改革开放的深入发展,城市化和工业化进程的持续推进,农村地区大量青壮年劳动力离开家乡到城市谋求发展。同时,由于计划生育政策导致家庭规模日益缩小,农村家庭出现空巢化现象,并呈现逐渐增多之势。在农村传统的家庭养老方式不能继续发挥作用的背景下,在农村地区养老保障体系还未建立健全的情况下,如何改善农村空巢老人的养老困境已成为现代社会急需解决的重大问题。在此背景下,笔者以自己的家乡河南省郏县X村为调查地,以X村的10名空巢老人为研究对象。从社会工作的角度出发,通过分析当地官方调查报告以及对研究对象进行深入访谈,分析得出X村空巢老人在经济供养、生活照料、精神慰籍、医疗健康等方面都存在有一定的需求。针对老人们的这些实际需求,笔者从社会工作的角度出发,以个案干预的方法为切入点为X村空巢老人提供服务,并提出可以通过孵化互助类社会组织的方式提高老人的社会交往,增强老人的互助意识。通过阐述个案干预的整个过程和互助类社会组织的孵化流程,为解决农村地区的养老问题作一些尝试。在此基础上,对社会工作介入农村空巢老人养老服务提出建议：一是要充分发挥政府的作用,加大资金投入,完善各项政策制度,以此为解决农村地区空巢老人养老问题提供稳定的支持和保障；二是完善社会工作介入农村空巢老人养老服务的模式；三是加快社会工作专业化、职业化、本土化的发展；四是农村社会工作实践要与传统农村社会特点结合起来。笔者认为,只有建立多元化的援助体系,才有望改善我国农村空巢家庭养老所面临的诸多难题,才能使老有所依,老有所养的美好愿望得以实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the further development of China’s opening-up policy,the rapid process of urba nization and industrialization in rural areas, a large number of rural labor force choose to city transfer to city areas for better life. Also, there is a growth trend of the empty nesterin the rural areas because the one-child policy has caused to the family size shrinki ng in China. In this situation, how to solve the rural empty nesters pension issue has beco me a major problem of the whole society because of the unpractical traditional elderly su pporting system and the incomplete elderly care service in the rural areas.In this context, the author uses her hometown-Jiaxian X village as the research site t o investigate 10 of the empty nesters in that area. From a social perspective, there is a gre at demand of financial support, life care and spiritual backing among these empty elderly nesters by analyzing the official investigation reports and the results of the interviews and questionnaires from the objects,For these practical problem, this thesis try to use case intervention to provide the service for empty nester X village, from the perspective of social work. And put forward to proving social interaction and enhancing mutual awareness of the elderly by set up a mutual type of social organization. In the whole process of this, the author have an attempt to resolve retirement problem from the point of social work. On this basis, give suggestions about how social work can intervene in the retirement problem for empty nes ters:1, give full play to government’s strengths to increase the investment to complete all policy and rule, then there will be support and guarantee for this problem.2, Optimize t he mode of social works’ intervention for retirement service for empty nesters.3, Acceler ate professionalization and localization of social work.4, Combine the traditional caracte r of countryside and the practice of social work.
