抽水蓄能静止变频系统建模及机组保护方案

【摘要】 随着化石能源的逐步消耗,能源利用问题日益得到关注。抽水蓄能发电技术作为一种高效储能方式,具有削峰填谷、调节电网频率、经济性高等众多优势,在现代电网发展中起到了至关重要的作用。由于抽水蓄能机组起动频繁、运行工况较多、机组结构复杂,因此机组起动和保护配置成为研究的重点。本文介绍了抽水蓄能机组常用的起动方式,重点分析了静止变频系统的运行原理,总结出断续换流阶段中转子位置与晶闸管触发时序之间的关系。采用转子的空间位置代表某时刻电压信息,改进了自然换流阶段的控制策略。分析了抽水蓄能机组在不同工况下的起动情况及起动失败的原因,指出静止变频起动在抽水蓄能电站中的重要性。利用同步电动机的数学模型,参照直流电机调速系统,推导双闭环控制系统中的各项参数。改进双闭环控制系统的投入方法,即在断续换流阶段中也采用双闭环系统进行控制,稳定起动电流、加速电机起动。在Matlab/Simulink中,搭建了静止变频起动系统模型,利用起动过程的仿真结果,分析了变频起动过程对保护的影响。针对变频起动过程中,网侧和机侧电流频率不同这一特点,首次采用了不受频率影响的幅值差动保护算法,并对断续换流阶段进行故障研究。结合抽水蓄能电站发变组主接线图,分析了不同工况下几种典型保护的使用情况和闭锁原因,并通过运行工况逻辑判断,为抽水蓄能机组的保护配置提供了理论基础。
【Abstract】 With the depletion of fossil fuels, the use of renewable energy has increasingly become the focus of our country. Pumped-storage power station has played an important role in peaking and valley-filling, frequency adjusting, power load tracking etc. The structure and working conditions of the pumped-storage unit is complex, and it can’t start directly in pumping conditions. Therefore, it is a difficult problem in the starting method and protection configuration.Firstly, this paper has introduced the common starting method of pumped-storage unit, focused on analysis of the operation principle of the static frequency converter system. Using the rotor position to replace the voltage information, it has simplified and improved the control strategy of the inverter side during the natural commutation stage. It has analyzed the reason of starting failure during different condition of pumped-storage and the importance of static frequency converter starting in pumped-storage power station. According to the DC motor speed control system, it has analyzed the parameters of the rectifier control system, and derived mathematical model of synchronous motor. Comparing the simulation, it has improved the strategy of the double-loop control system, that it has been used in the intermittent commutation stage. Completed the model of SFC by using Matlab/Simulink, and analyzed the influence of variable frequency starting process. The frequency of synchronous motor current is variable during the start-up, this paper has proposed a method, that amplitude differential protection, to solve the problem when open fault occurs. Meanwhile, it has described the operating conditions of pumped-storage units, as well as converted between various working conditions. According to the main electrical scheme of the pumped-storage power station, it has analyzed the use of the system protection configuration
