【摘要】 随着人类社会的不断发展和中国社会改革的持续推进,几乎所有的社会物质和精神生活都在进行着广泛的变革。在社会转型背景下,思想政治教育的先进性和主导性有逐渐弱化的趋势,这既有思想政治教育自身的原因,也需要全社会的反思。构建思想政治教育社会支持的系统既是思想政治教育主动适应社会、寻求社会支持的现实需要,也是思想政治教育不断创新以进一步提高实效性的内在要求。提出并研究思想政治教育社会支持系统的构建具有重要的理论价值与实践意义。思想政治教育社会支持是指“思想政治教育”在与社会持续互动的过程中,获得来自社会的各类物质和精神的资源以帮助和支持其自身理论创新与实践发展,并将这种创新和发展的成就不断回馈给社会的行为及过程的总和。思想政治教育社会支持的特征在于：推动思想政治教育的理论创新与实践发展是其根本价值观；构建思想政治教育社会支持系统是其内在要求；系统性是其显著特征；政府的特别支持、非政府组织的有力支持、社会公众的全力支持是其主要构成；加强沟通合作是其基本方法。思想政治教育社会支持系统是以思想政治教育的实践发展和理论创新为目的,以思想政治教育系统为社会支持对象,以思想政治教育系统以外的政府、非政府组织、社会公众为社会支持主体所发挥的职能、作用、影响为支持手段的一切起着支持性功能的整体系统。阶级性、实践性、社会性、教育性是思想政治教育社会支持系统的本质。思想政治教育社会支持系统的特征具有整体性、和谐性、适度性、均衡性、持续性。构建思想政治教育社会支持系统坚持时代要求与实际情况相互结合,政府、社会、思想政治教育的有机统一,标本兼治和综合治理相互补充等基本原则。思想政治教育社会支持系统运行的长效机制是以社会共同加强和改进思想政治教育的支持机制、社会共同创新和发展思想政治教育的支持机制、社会共同保障思想政治教育质量与效果的机制、社会共同分享思想政治教育成果与功能的机制组成的有机整体。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of human society and the Chinese social reform continues to advance, almost all the social material and spiritual life is a general change. Because of this, the original ideological and political education content, methods, means of already can’t adapt to the reality of social transformation, faced with a series of theoretical and practical dilemma to be resolved. Ideological and political education social support as well as the ideological and political education actively meet the needs of the reality of society, seeking social support, is also the internal requirement of ideological and political education innovation. Social support are put forward and study the ideological and political education theory has important theoretical value and practical significance.Discussed in this paper, the ideological and political education is a subsystem of social support system to support as the object of or education system, namely narrow sense of ideological and political education. Discussed in this article belongs to the second layer is the meaning of’social’society, namely the medium level, regardless of other areas outside of school ideological and political education.Ideological and political education the connotation of the social support is a special kind of social support, which is based on the practice of ideological and political education development and theoretical innovation for the purpose, to the ideological and political education system as the object of social support, outside of the government’s function in ideological and political education system, the role of non-governmental organizations, the influence of the social public all play a support function as the main means of support policy, behavior and process of the whole system. The ideological and political education social support and a general sense of the difference between social support:the object of ideological and political education social support includes not only the relationship between the people also includes all kinds of things, such as; Ideological and political education social support have free; Ideological and political education and social support between the main body is a kind of structural dynamic relationship, it will through the mechanism of action of a certain itself to have the function and role of feedback to the society; Ideological and political education social support is a kind of new education pattern of the post-industrial society cooperation governance, it has more complex structure features and broad social scene. Ideological and political education social support system integrity, harmony, suitability, balanced and sustainable. Ideological and political education and social support system is a long-term mechanism, running to the ideological and political education to strengthen and improve the society to discuss the mechanism, the ideological and political education innovation and the development of the social common mechanism and the quality of ideological and political education and the effect of social guarantee mechanism, the achievements of the ideological and political education and the function of social sharing mechanism of organic whole. Construction of ideological and political education social support system should adhere to the international situation and China’s national conditions, at least in combination with each other, government and society participate in mutual unity, curing and the basic principles of comprehensive control complement each other.更多还原
