【摘要】 《关于推动传统出版和新兴出版融合发展的指导意见》的印发,标志着传统出版和新兴出版深度融合发展成为我国出版行业的发展趋势。其实在新兴的数字出版出现之初,就有传统出版社开始数字出版探索,而数字出版探索的过程中传统出版和新兴的数字出版就已经有融合的实质,在研究出版融合时,就不可避免地要将这部分内容纳入分析范围内。但是由于概念的限制,很多研究数字出版的文献没有从融合的角度去研究传统出版和数字出版的关系。出版融合提出至今,其研究多集中在宏观层面,还没有专门的论文研究某个个案的出版融合实践。外语教学与研究出版社(以下简称“外研社”)的数字出版探索较早,是我国数字出版发展得较好的传统出版机构,在数字出版的实践中积累了较多出版融合的经验,如转变组织结构、兴建基础设施等。本文运用出版融合的相关理论,通过个案分析法、文献研究法和统计归纳法,将外研社作为以教育出版为特色的大学出版社的典型代表,对其出版融合发展进行研究。本文在综述出版融合、外研社研究现状的基础上,首先运用SWOT分析法对外研社出版融合发展的内部优势与劣势,以及外部面对的机遇和危机进行分析；然后开创性地从管理、技术、内容、平台、渠道五个方面研究外研社在出版融合发展方面的探索和实践；接着分析外研社目前出版融合存在的不足；最后结合外研社的经验从上述五个方面给其他大学出版社的出版融合发展提出建议。本文运用“现状-问题-方案-不足-建议”的研究路径,对外研社出版融合经验进行分析总结,希望可以给其他大学出版社乃至整个传统出版业的出版融合发展以借鉴和启示,从而推进出版行业的出版深度融合发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The publish of Issues on Promoting the Integrational Development of Traditional Publishing and Emerging Publishing marks a coming trend in our publishing industry that the traditional publishing and emerging publishing are being deeply integrated. In fact, in the beginning of the emergence of new digital publishing, traditional publishers have started exploring digital publishing. The substantial publication integrations have been existed in the process of exploring of digital publishing. Therefore, this cases are no doubt to be into consideration in our analysis when it comes to the research on Publication Integration. However, plenty of documents on digital publishing overlooked the Integrational relationships of traditional publishing and digital publishing because of the limits of concepts. As far as the Publication Integration proposed, the related researches mostly focused on the macro-level but lack of the case study practices of integration.Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press (hereinafter referred to as the "FLTRP") explored the digital publishing for a long time, and it also has becomes a leading traditional publishing oganization in our digital publishing. FLTRP gained a lot of experience of publishing integration in the practice of digital publishing, such as changes in the organizational structure, the construction of infrastructure. Based on the related theories of Publishing Integration, this paper will mainly study the integrational development of FLTRP which is regard as a typical representative of the University Press featuring educational publishing through case analysis method, literature research method and statistical induction. On the basis of overview of current researches of publishing integration and FLTRP, this paper firstly uses the SWOT analysis method to analyse FLTRP’s strengthes, weaknesses, opportunities and threatens in the process of publishing integration. And then the author creatively researches the exploration and practice on publishing integration from following five aspects:management, technology, content, platforms and channels. After that, thi paper pours a lot of ink to discuss the current deficeiencies of FLTRP’s publishing integration. Finally, the author concludes several suggestions to the development ofintegrational publishing of other University Press from the above five aspects.Through the research path of "status- problems- experience- deficeiencies-suggestions ", this paper concludes the experience from the publishing integration of FLTRP, hoping to give some reference and enlightment to the development of publishing integration of other University Press even the whole traditional publishing industry, and then promoting the development of the depth publishing integration of publishing industry.更多还原
