宁夏科技馆信息化管理平台“科普云”的应用研究

【摘要】 科技馆作为面向社会实施科普教育的重要基地,应成为科普资源整合的领跑者。同时,信息化建设在科技馆运营管理中的价值和作用得到越来越多的重视和应用。近年来,成熟的互联网即平台、可靠的虚拟化、软件商品化和各种标准的引入,使得云计算技术的应用越来越广泛,渗透到社会的各个领域。借助云平台可以存储海量数字资源,运行各种业务系统,云计算具备的技术优势,为科技馆立足现有基础条件,实现运营及管理平台的一体化建设,大幅提高科普投入效率,避免重复建设,进行安全管理和决策带来新的理念。同时,云计算技术在科普信息资源的收集挖掘、存储分发及数据分析等方面的应用,成为了高效利用科普资源,实现信息的泛在获取,按需精准推送应用服务的新的策略选择。本文首先对云计算的发展现状与相关理论进行了综述,进一步提出云计算给科普信息化平台建设带来的优势与机遇,并对云平台进行可行性分析,提出其应用架构。结合对宁夏科技馆信息管理现状的分析,探讨科技馆应用云服务构建信息化管理云平台。最后阐述了云平台接入与延展的实施步骤、保障措施及实施效果。

【Abstract】 As an important base for the implementation of social science education, Science and Technology Museum should become the leader in integration of science resources. Meanwhile, Science and Technology Museum has pay more and more attention to use the value and function of informationization construction in the. In recent years, cloud computing has been used in wide range of areas by the mature Internet as platform, reliable virtualization, software commercialization and introduction of a variety of standards. Cloud platform on which a variety of business systems run can store massive amounts of digital resources. Based on the existing basic conditions, Science and Technology Museum can use which has the technical advantages to achieve integrated construction of the Operations Management. Cloud computing also bring new ideas to improve efficiency of science investment substantially, avoid repetitive construction, carry on security management and decision making. At the same time, cloud computing which utilized in collecting science resources, storage, distribution and data analysis, has become the new strategies to use science resources efficiently, obtain information everywhere and push application services precisely on demand.Firstly, this thesis reviews the current situation of cloud computing development and theories which related. And furthermore, this article puts forward the advantages and opportunities which cloud computing bring in science. Then, this writings underway feasibility analysis of cloud platform, and proposes application architecture of cloud platform. Combining the analysis of information system’s present situation of Ningxia Science and Technology Museum, this essay study builds informationization management cloud platform make use of cloud service. Finally, this paper explains the implementation steps, the guarantee measures and implementation effect of the access and extend of cloud platform.
