110kV及以上交联聚乙烯电力电缆故障探寻检测技术的探讨与实践

【摘要】 现代电力系统正逐步向超高压、长距离、大容量发展。城市电网高电压、大断面、长电缆的使用,使电力电缆获得了较大的发展。但随着高压电缆长度的快速增长和运行年限的不断增长,一旦地下电缆绝缘故障,如果不能迅速找出确切的故障位置,及时排除故障、恢复供电,往往会对人们的生产生活造成巨大的经济损失。因此,如何迅速准确地找到电缆故障点以尽快恢复供电、减少停电损失,成为电缆运行部门日益关注的问题。本文以宁波地区电缆的应用情况为背景,对电缆故障探寻检测技术进行详细介绍。首先论文简要概述宁波地区电缆线路的基本情况,总结交联聚乙烯电缆故障的类型、分类情况,对交联聚乙烯电缆的特点进行详细的说明。其次本文分析研究利用脉冲信号进行电缆故障测量应用问题,全面阐述当前110kV及以上交联聚乙烯电缆故障测试的主流方法,主要包括低压脉冲法、多次脉冲法和电桥法,对各种测量方法进行详细的说明,并对各种测量方法的原理、使用注意情况进行分析,可以用来指导日常电缆线路维护中的电缆故障测量,提高班组技术人员的故障测试专业水平。同时可以用来指导工区进行一些电缆故障检测设备的采购和应用。论文最后根据实际工作经验详细介绍了电力电缆故障的诊断步骤,包括确定性质、粗测距离、探测路径和精确定点等过程,给出了输电电缆运行过程中故障探寻的最佳方法,同时结合本人在班组实际电缆故障测量中的具体应用,详细介绍电缆故障测量程序及测量情况。从低压脉冲法的试验到使用三次脉冲法对故障进行距离确定,并通过精确定点仪进行精确定位,论文研究结果验证了三次脉冲法在实际工作中的有效性。
【Abstract】 The appearance of high voltage cables enhance urban aesthetics, improve the reliability of power supply lines. Meanwhile, with the rapid increase in the length of the cable operation and maintenance, the problem of years of growth in the cable run, run cable equipment maintenance, testing and other aspects also will be revealed. Once the power cable fault, the fault is extremelydifficult to explore and processing occurs, causing huge power loss. Therefore, how to quickly and accurately locate cable fault, reducing power losses, is an issue of increasing concern to the cable run department. In other words, the cable requires a complete set of fault diagnosis and effective solution.Cable fault tester familiar with the need to explore the structural characteristics of the cable and the cable operating environment, select the appropriate method to explore, exploring through the correct steps, judging by the gradual exclusion, until you find the point of failure.Secondly, this paper describes the operating conditions in Ningbo transmission cable, because cable fault, steps and methods to explore the cable fault. By the principle of the situation XLPE cable faults are classified, described the current mainstream approach to explore the cable fault, and a variety of measurement methods, the use of note were analyzed. The main cable fault with the current procedures and methods to explore, the best way to sum up the process of transmission cables running trouble shooting.At last the research utilizes the theory and practice of research methods in existing cable fault locating the general theory and methodology, based on practical experience combined with the cable running to be refined and summarized, and the current problems of fault location Shangqie supplement analysis to get a systematic approach or program, and ultimately guide the work practices.Meanwhile, starting from the actual work, combined with my specific application in actual cable fault measurement team, detailing the cable fault measurement procedures and measurement conditions, so that the city power grid reliability is further improved.
