大型火电厂接入特高压电网电气主接线方案研究

【摘要】 近些年来,随着国家经济建设的飞速增长,我国特高压电网发展速度不断加快。为响应国家煤电一体化,走能源综合发展和可持续发展道路,各大发电公司火电厂都在积极研究接入特高压电网的技术。从减少升压环节、降低线路阻抗、节约工程及土地投资方面,发挥特高压技术优势。构建强有力的特高压电网,对于加快我国能源基地资源的优化配置及集约化开发具有十分重要的现实意义,同时符合国家能源发展战略,形成煤电循环经济产业链条,大规模地实现煤碳就地转化,实现能源综合利用。形成我国西部地区大型煤电一体化基地,能够保证能源的安全、节约利用,达到煤、电之间的效益平衡,是集经济效益、社会效益、生态效益于一体的工程。本论文通过对国内外特高压接入电网技术应用情况的研究,从综合安全性、经济性和可靠性三个指标来衡量了采用特高压输电的优势,并对国内外发电厂的电气主接线及变电站设计实践经验对比分析,强调在特高压等级的变电站中,应优选安全可靠、运行操作有把握的主接线方式。通过对内蒙古电网和锡林郭勒盟多伦县特高压变电站及胜利电厂接入特高压站的必要性进行了分析。在选择接入系统电压等级时,特别是考虑电厂的规模、容量、输电距离,认为该工程将对满足京津唐电网负荷增长的需要,提高供电可靠性和电能质量有着积极作用。本论文通过对大电源基地火电厂接入特高压电网的几种可选方案进行计算、分析、论证,结合输电距离、送电容量、可靠性、技术经济性、稳定性等方面内容,对一次升压、二次升压方式的忧劣性进行了对比,并结合原始资料的分析,提出了电厂升压方案。同时对相应方案进行了可靠性、灵活性、经济性分析及讨论,确定了合理方案,为该火电厂接入特高压电网的电气主接线方案设计提供技术参考。
【Abstract】 In recent years, with the rapid growth of the national economic construction, China’s special high-voltage power grid, accelerating the pace of development. In response to the national coal electricity integration, take the comprehensive development of energy and sustainable development path, the large power plant is necessary to advance access to special high-voltage power grid technical preparation, so as to effectively reduce the blood link, reduced the electrical wiring distance, save the project and the land investment, is conducive to give full play to the technological advantages, the construction of special high-voltage power grid strong, very important to accelerate the optimal allocation and intensive development of resource of our country energy base has. At the same time, in line with the national energy development strategy, the formation of coal circular economy chain, local two times large-scale implementation of coal conversion. Long distance and variable coal for power transmission, and realize the comprehensive utilization of resources, the formation of the western region of China, large coal electricity integrative base, to ensure energy security, economical utilization, achieve the benefit balance between the electricity, coal, is the set of economic benefits, social benefits, ecological benefits in one of the engineering.This paper simply introduces the UHV substation power grid and Inner Mongolia power grid in Duolun County of Xilinguole Meng UHV substation grid and large thermal power plant power system present situation, the necessity of power plant of UHV power grid is analyzed. Focus on the access in Duolun County of Xilinguole Meng 1000kV substation power grid of 2* 660MW unit of Shenhua Shengli Energy Co. Ltd. scheme, based on the analysis of several alternatives demonstration, combined with the reliability, economy, stability and other aspects, to the best wiring type is determined, and the corresponding main wiring scheme is designed, provide technical reference for the design of the main electrical connection scheme of the UHV power grid power plant.
