【摘要】 历史街区不仅是重要的城市历史文化遗产,也是聚集了一定人群的城市社区。在快速城市化进程中,历史街区的保护与更新越来越受到业界和社会的关注。社区营造是对社区进行物质与非物质等方面的建设,以获得社区发展、提升社区活力的过程。将社区营造的方式植入历史街区的保护与更新中,是对历史街区保护与更新模式的一种探索。本文在总结分析国内外历史街区保护与更新的基础上,总结出历史街区保护与更新的趋势与原则,强调“社区”意识对于历史街区保护与更新的重要性,并借鉴台湾社区营造的经验,分析国内基于社区营造的历史街区保护与更新的内容与策略。参照台湾社区营造中“人”“文”“地”“产”“景”五个方面,认为历史街区的社区营造需要居民生活的塑造、文化氛围的营造、建筑肌理的延续、街区经济的发展、街区风貌的维护等五个方面。在理论研究的基础上,本文对杭州湖边邮历史街区进行了大量的调研,分析其存在问题及保护与更新的需求,并对湖边邨历史街区的社区营造策略及行动路线进行了分析。湖边邮历史街区的社区营造是历史街区保护与更新模式的一种可能性探讨,以期为湖边邮历史街区的保护与更新提供参考与指引,同时探索历史街区保护与更新的新途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Historical district is not only a kind of important urban historical and cultural heritage, but also urban community which is gathered a certain number of people. In the background of rapid urbanization, the conservation and renewal of historical district draws more and more attention from the industry and the community. Community building means the construction on community in the aspect of material and non-material for the development of community and to improve community vitality. To adopt the way of "community building" in the conservation and renewal of historical district is an exploration.Based on the summary and analysis on the conservation and renewal of historical district at home and abroad, this paper has summed up the trend and principles of the conservation and renewal of historical district, stress that it is important to put the historical district as community on its conservation and renewal. So this paper uses the experience of community building in Taiwan as reference to analyze the content and strategy of conservation and renewal of domestic historical district, considering that historical district needs the continuation of architecture and space texture, the maintenance of block style, the improvement of residents’ living standard, the construction of cultural atmosphere and the development of economy. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper has carried out a lot of research on Hubiancun historical district, analyzed its existing problems and the demand of its conservation and renewal, and put forward strategy and action line based on "community building". The "community building" on Hubiancun historical district is a discussion on a possible way for the conservation and renewal of Hubiancun historical district and an exploration on new approach of the conservation and renewal of historical district.更多还原
