【摘要】 在“新常态”的背景下,我国高速地城市发展已步入转型期。其中城市历史文化遗产的保护利用是我国城市发展转型的重要方向之一。作为中国四大古城之一的歙县历史文化名城,在古城的保护利用过程中充满着威胁和挑战。笔者通过对歙县历史文化名城的研究,希望对其乃至其它城市的发展有一定的指导作用。首先，笔者对国内外有关历史文化遗产保护的相关研究进行查阅,总结其中的重要经验及最新的研究动态,发现针对历史文化名城保护利用的研究还是比较缺乏,特别是针对歙县历史文化名城的研究非常稀少。然后对歙县历史文化名城的历史沿革以及城址变迁进行分析总结,从而对歙县历史文化名城有较为全面的认识。并对歙县历史文化名城的古城风貌及之前的两版保护规划进行详细地叙述,对其保护规划的实施进行反馈总结。从而在保护规划的基础上,从方法思路、空间设计、配套设施及管理实施四个层面,对当下歙县历史文化名城保护利用面临的问题进行归纳。通过对歙县县城总体规划的解析及国内四大古城的比较分析,对歙县历史文化名城的发展目标进行定位。根据歙县历史文化名城存在的问题及目标定位,提出针对性的解决策略。最后,对歙县历史文化名城保护利用研究的未来展望及不足之处加以说明。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of "new normal", China’s rapid development of urban development has entered a period of transition. The protection and utilization of urban historical and cultural heritage is one of the important direction of urban development in China. As one of the four major cities of China, Shexian historical and cultural city, in the protection of the ancient city is full of threats and challenges. The author through the study of the historical and cultural city of Shexian, hoping for the development of the city and other cities has a certain role in guiding.First of all, the author of the domestic and foreign about the protection of historical and cultural heritage of the relevant research, summary of the important experience and the latest research trends, and found that the protection of historical and cultural city of research is still relatively scarce, especially for the historical and cultural city of Shexian is very rare. Then in Shexian County Historical and cultural city of history and the changes of city sites were analyzed and thus have a more comprehensive understanding of historical and cultural city in the county. And the ancient city of Shexian historical and cultural city and the two version of the protection plan to carry out a detailed description of the implementation of the protection plan to carry out feedback. On the basis of the protection plan, the four aspects of the implementation of the method, the space design, the facilities and the management of the protection and utilization of historic and cultural cities in Shexian are summarized. Through the analysis of the overall planning of Shexian county and the comparative analysis of the four major cities in China, the development target of Shexian historical and cultural city is located. According to the existing problems and the target location of Shexian historical and cultural city, the aim is to solve the problem. Finally, the future prospects of the protection and utilization of historical and cultural cities in Shexian and their deficiencies are described.更多还原
