【摘要】 经济新常态的出现以及景德镇金融市场的不断变化,景德镇市银行业之间的同业竞争愈发激烈。作为后进者的九江银行景德镇分行,正逐步成为景德镇市金融市场中的挑战者与其他同行竞争者争夺市场。但九江银行景德镇分行在综合实力方面还存在有待提升的空间,所以对其发展战略的明确是实现可持续发展的关键之一。本文运用以理论分析、实证分析、比较分析等研究方法为主。首先对国内外研究现状和相关理论文献进行了梳理;进而对九江银行景德镇分行发展历程及发展过程中存在的问题及原因进行分析;并用SWOT分析法剖析了九江银行景德镇分行战略发展所面临的机会和威胁以及自身的优劣势;最后,基于之前的分析基础,提出九江银行景德镇分行的发展战略及一系列的实施和保障措施,目的可以为九江银行景德镇分行的战略发展提供一些帮助,同时也希望可为其他城市商业银行的发展提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The emergence of new economic normality and changing financial market Jingdezhen, Jingdezhen City banking industry competition between the increasingly fierce. As latecomers JingDeZhen Branch Of Jiu Jiang Bank, is gradually becoming Jingdezhen City financial market challenger competitors vying for market share with other colleagues. But JingDeZhen Branch Of Jiu Jiang Bank there to be room for improvement in terms of overall strength, so its development strategy clearly is one of the key to achieving sustainable development.In this paper, theoretical analysis, empirical analysis, comparative analysis and other research methods based. First, domestic and foreign research status and related theoretical literature of the sort; and then to Jiujiang Bank Jingdezhen Branch of the development process and the development process problems and analyze the causes; with SWOT analysis method analyzes the opportunities for the strategic development of Jingdezhen Branch Jiujiang banks are facing and threats as well as their advantages and disadvantages; and finally, based on analysis of previous proposed strategy JingDeZhen Branch Of Jiu Jiang Bank and a series of implementation and safeguards purposes can provide some help for the strategic development of JingDeZhen Branch Of Jiu Jiang Bankes, but also hope It can provide reference for the development of other city commercial banks.更多还原
