基础测绘数据的质量评价技术研究

【摘要】 质量是空间数据的重要表现之一,它在很大程度上决定了数据在进行生产应用时的成效,而GIS空间数据的质量评价又是测绘产品生产过程中的一个极为重要的环节。但我国长期以来对测绘产品的质量评价只是局限于仅有的几种方法,很多时候在对GIS空间数据质量进行评价时,并没有深入了解常用方法的特点及其适用度,本文通过实例来验证分析缺陷扣分法和模糊综合评价法的优势和不足。本文结合测绘成果质检综合服务系统的构建,在研究和总结空间数据质量评价理论的基础上,重点研究了目前常用的空间数据质量评价方法,为了更加客观、科学地比较各种方法的特点及优势,选取了缺陷扣分法和模糊综合评价法,并分别对其进行了实例验证分析。论文的主要研究内容包含以下几个方面:(1)分析GIS空间数据质量的特点,结合测绘成果质检综合服务系统的质量检测功能需求,提出并详细阐述了影响GIS空间数据质量的元素。(2)为了对GIS空间数据质量进行评价,对评价过程中的评价因子的选取做了详细的阐述,并详细介绍了几种数据质量的模型,随后根据各种质量模型,列出了与其对应的空间质量评价方法,并在理论的基础上分析比较了这几种方法的优缺点。(3)本文以GIS空间数据中的数字高程模型数据为实例,选取不同的数学模型,在设定的三个依据下,对缺陷扣分法和模糊综合质量评价法进行实例验证,并通过实例验证得到最后的结果,从而比较了这两种方法的特点,指出了它们的优势和不足。

【Abstract】 As one of the key manifestations of spatial data, quality has a great influence on the effects based on data during production and application. GIS spatial data quality evaluation is a crucial part in the manufacturing process of surveying and mapping products. However, quality evaluation in China is limited to several certain ways for a long period of time. The evaluation of GIS spatial data lacks in-depth knowledge of the characteristics and application scope of those common methods. Therefore, this thesis analyses the advantages and shortages of scoring method for defect and fuzzy comprehensive quality evaluation through experiment.This thesis focused on the study of the popular existing spatial data quality evaluation methods based on the framework of surveying and mapping results quality inspection system and the summary of the spatial data quality evaluation theories. In order to be more objective and scientific, scoring method for defect and fuzzy comprehensive quality evaluation are analyzed respectively through experiment. The main research content falls in following aspects:(1) Expatiate on the influencing factor of GIS spatial data quality according to its characteristics analysis and the function requirement of surveying and mapping results quality inspection system.(2) Expatiate on the selection of evaluation criteria and several data quality models with corresponding quality evaluation methods. The advantages and disadvantages of those methods are given on the basis of theory.(3) Digital elevation model of GIS spatial data is taken as an example. Various mathematical models are adopted under three settings to test the scoring method for defect and fuzzy comprehensive quality evaluation. Hence the conclusion is reached on the advantages and disadvantages of the two different methods.
