智能变电站SCD文件管理分析研究与应用

【摘要】 随着电网技术的发展,建立在IEC 61850通信规范基础上的智能变电站技术在全世界范围内得到了广泛的应用。为了实现不同厂商之间设备的互操作性这一目的,对变电站的自动化系统采用自顶向下的方式进行系统分层、对象建模以及功能定义。变电站配置描述文件SCD(Substation Configuration Description)描述了站内所有智能化电子装置实例配置和通讯参数、智能电子设备之间的通讯配置及信号连线等信息,所以无论是新建站的调试工作还是已投运站的后期维护升级等,SCD文件与装置配置信息的一致性,都是保证站内信息互通的基本。由此得知,为了保障智能变电站的安全稳定运行,SCD文件的正确性与规范性就显得尤为重要。然而,在我国目前的智能变电站建设过程中,仍缺乏统一有效的管理控制手段,使得当SCD文件依据需要升级或被他方修改时,现场的操作人员难以快速的进行信息查找与核对。针对SCD文件不易理解、查找核对费时费力等问题,本次课题从工程实际出发旨在研究出一套SCD文件可视化管理与分析决策系统。它将实现SCD文件可视化解析,将SCD文件的虚拟二次回路及相关通讯参数等相关信息通过图示化方式显示出来;通过加载IEC 61850规范性检测系统并采用基于文本格式的语法检查和特征字模式,对虚端子连线规范性进行检查;通过基于位置信息进行文本文件比较的算法和图形化的比对技术,使SCD文件新旧版本自行比对,然后将虚端子连线及通讯参数等相关信息的变化在表格中呈现出来;根据检查系统和比对系统生成的结果,专家评估系统能够自动生成设备的检修、维护策略,提高运维检修人员的工作效率、确保工程调试质量及调试周期。论文以南昌220kV生米智能变电站和赣州110kV双龙智能变电站应用为例,对本次课题研究的系统和成果进行工程应用实例分析,对系统各个功能进行详细图解说明。最终结论验证了系统和成果的有效性和实用性,保证了该站调试工作有序、全面、高效开展,大量的缩减了现场调试的周期,更好的保障了现场调试工程的质量和进度。

【Abstract】 With the development of grid technology, intelligent substation technology has been widely used in the world scope, it is based on IEC 61850 communication standard, adopt a method of the top-down to substation automation system in system hierarchy, function definitions and object modeling, the purpose is to realize the interoperability between different manufacturer’s equipment. Substation configuration description file(SCD) describes the station all intelligent electronic device instance configuration and communication parameters, the configuration of communication between intelligent electronic devices and the connection information such as the signal, so the adjustment of the new station and has put into operation station of the late maintenance upgrade, etc., the consistency of SCD file with the device configuration information, is make basic communication. Therefore, the standardization and the correctness of SCD file is intelligent substation safe operation of the key factors. However in the process of intelligent substation construction in our country at present, still lack of unified and effective management control means, that means when the SCD file according to the need to upgrade or modified by other party, the scene of the operator is difficult to quickly find information and check it.For SCD file is not easy to understand, time-consuming and laborious to recognize and check the changes, this issue from engineering practice to study a set of SCD file visual management with analysis and decision system. It will achieve SCD file visualization analysis, graphical display SCD file virtual secondary loop and related communication parameters and other related information; by loading the IEC61850 standard test system and based on text format syntax check word patterns and characteristics, inspection on virtual terminal connections normative; adopt the text file comparison algorithm based on position and graphical comparison of technology, the new and old SCD file automatically matching, then showing the virtual terminal connection and communication parameters such as the change of information in a form of a list; through expert assessment system according to the result of examination system and the comparison system, the report generated automatically on the results of equipment maintenance strategies to improve the efficiency of operation and maintenance of maintenance personnel, to ensure the quality of project commissioning and commissioning period.Finally with Nanchang 220 kV ShengMi and Ganzhou 110 kV ShuangLong transformer substation as examples, the system and its results of this research will be engineering application analysis of the various functions of the system illustrated in detail, the finally result verify the effectiveness of the system, to ensure the total testing and commissioning are carried out orderly, comprehensive, efficient, large scaled back the scene debugging cycle, better guarantee the quality and the progress of the commissioning works.
