AZ31B镁合金薄板DE-GMAW焊接裂纹质量分析

【摘要】 近年来,镁合金焊接技术得到了快速地发展,但是在焊接过程中容易出现裂纹、气孔等焊接缺陷,这些焊接缺陷严重地制约着镁合金焊接技术的发展。因此,本文对AZ31B的镁合金进行非熔化极DE-GMAW(Non-consumable Double Electrode Gas Metal Arc Welding)焊,研究其焊接过程中出现的裂纹缺陷,分析裂纹产生的原因,并研究工艺参数对裂纹产生的影响,得出预防裂纹产生的措施。本文主要从冶金因素和焊接工艺两个方面进行分析了AZ31B镁合金在非熔化极DE-GMAW焊接下产生裂纹的影响。预防裂纹措施主要是减少镁合金中Al、Zn元素的含量,适中的焊接工艺参数,包括焊接速度、焊接电流、焊接电压、焊枪的几何位置参数等。

【Abstract】 In recent years, magnesium alloy welding technology has been developed rapidly, but in the welding process prone to cracks, porosity and other welding defects, these defects seriously restrict the development of magnesium alloy welding technology. Therefore, this paper on AZ31 B magnesium alloy were non consumable de-gmaw(Non-consumable double electrode gas metal arc welding) welding, study the welding cracks appeared in the process, analysis of the crack reason, and research process parameters on crack, crack prevention measures.In this paper, the influence of AZ31 B magnesium alloy on the crack of DE-GMAW welding is analyzed from two aspects of metallurgical factors and welding process. Measures to prevent crack is mainly to reduce the content of magnesium alloy of Al and Zn, moderate welding process parameters, including the welding speed, welding current, welding voltage, welding torch of geometric parameters such as.
