【摘要】 近几年,由于新课标改革,素质教育成为了学校教育工作的重中之重,素质教育是贯彻“以人为本,安全第一”的指导思想,保障中学生在体育活动中的安全,促进学生德、智、体全面的发展的教育。随着学校教育体系的不断强化,规模的不断扩大,中学校园体育伤害事故的频数也不断增加。中学体育伤害事故的发生不仅影响了学生的身心健康,而且也带来了一系列的法律责任纠纷,更对学校教育的安全系数维护和名誉产生了巨大影响。本文是以大连市中学体育伤害事故的现状为切入点,试图强化中学的防护体系,不断寻求体育伤害事故的解决途径,为学生提供安全的体育教学环境,并试图改善伤害事故的处理办法。本文通过采用文献综述法、问卷调查法、案例分析法、数理统计法,对大连市内6所中学的600名初二同学和30名体育教师进行了关于体育伤害事故的问卷调查,对大连市中学生伤害事故的频数、组织形式和常见运动形式的分析得出:中学生发生伤害事故的频率较高,其中易发生事故的组织形式是体育竞赛,易发生事故的运动形式是直接身体对抗性项目;大连市中学发生体育伤害事故的原因主要有4个,分别是学生自身的原因、教师的主导因素、学校体育设施不完善和其他不可抗的自然因素等;国家现有的关于体育伤害事故的法律不是很全面,可以值得信赖的保险也不尽人意,所以需加强和完善这两方面的制度;体育伤害事故处理难的原因是学校没有承担相应的责任、家长对处理结果不满意和相关的制度不完善。通过对本文的研究,可以尽量减少大连市中学发生体育伤害事故的数目,并且对此提出的建议和对策希望能为今后校园体育工作的开展提供可利用的参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,due to curriculum reform,quality education has become the school education priority,quality education is implement“ people-oriented,safety first” guiding ideology,to ensure the safety of middle school students in sports activities,promote the students moral,intellectual,physical all-round development.With the continuous strengthening of education system,the continuous expansion of the school,school sports injury accident frequency is increasing.Middle school sports injury accident not only affects the students’ physical and mental health,but also brings a series of legal liability disputes,more to maintain the safety factor of school education and reputation has a huge influence.This article is based on the current situation of middle school sports injury accident in dalian as the breakthrough point,trying to strengthen the protection system of high school,seeking for sports injury accident solution,provide a safe sports teaching environment for students to try to improve solution to injury accident.This article through the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,case analysis,mathematical statistics,600 students of 6 schools in dalian city and 30 sports teacher has carried on the questionnaire investigation on sports injury accident,in dalian middle school sports injury accident frequency,the organization forms and common forms of analysis:middle school students’ injury accident frequency is higher,which the organization form of injury accident is often occurred in the sports contests,form of exercise is prone to accident body confrontational projects directly;dalian city middle school sports injury accident reason mainly has four,respectively is the students’ own reasons,teacher’s dominant factor,the school sports facilities is not perfect and other irresistible natural factors,etc;existing laws about sports injury accident is not very comprehensive,can reliable insurance also unsatisfactory,so we must strengthen and perfect the system of the two aspects;the reason of sports injury accident handling difficult is school have no responsibility,parents are not satisfied with the result of the processing and related system is not perfect.Through the study of this article,can reduce the number of dalian city middle school student sports injury accidents,to put forward suggestions and countermeasures for future school sports work to provide the beneficial reference.更多还原
