城市老城区自行车道规划关键问题研究

【摘要】 在我国诸多的城市快速发展过程中,原来的城市中心区逐渐演变为老城区。老城区是居住、商业、文化等设施集中、混杂的区域,也是人口(居住人口、就业人口)高密度区域,其道路狭窄,道路交通空间有限,各类交通混杂,有限的道路空间资源矛盾越发突出。老城区的交通问题往往成为一个城市交通问题的集中反映。我国老城区非机动车交通出行在总出行量占有相当大的比例,老城区的交通问题主要表现为非机动车交通与小汽车交通相互争夺道路空间,但是目前的道路交通空间分配更倾向于小汽车,各类交通设施也主要为小汽车交通而设立,从而使非机动车交通在道路空间处于被动地位。本文以许昌市老城区为例,通过对老城区交通问题特性、交通出行特征以及在自行车专用道规划过程中需要考虑的关键问题的分析,研究老城区自行车道规划设计中的关键问题,并结合工程实际,提出能够应用于实践的老城区自行车道设计理论。论文具体内容如下:首先,本文通过分析西安、徐州和开封老城区的交通现状,对老城区道路交通停车设施、基础设施、自行车交通安全以及畅通性等方面存在的问题进行总结,分析其问题产生的根源,从而强调自行车专用道规划设计的重要性。其次,从自行车交通流理论、自行车交通需求以及自行车道规划与设计三个方面对国内外相关文献进行分析和总结,对论文的研究提供了理论基础。再次,论文研究自行车交通的出行特征,从宏观和微观两个方面分析了影响自行车出行的因素,并对老城区自行车交通问题进行分析,对自行车道的类型进行分析总结,对老城区自行车道路规划原则、路网规划方法、交叉口规划以及交通环境设计等关键问题进行了分析研究。最后,对许昌市老城区交通现状进行调查分析,并指出自行车交通所存在的问题,通过借鉴国内外自行车道路设计方面的经验,结合许昌市老城区城市道路的实际情况,提出自行车道路发展的目标及策略,并总结自行车道设计需要注意的问题,提出相应的方案策略。

【Abstract】 The original city centers evolved into old districtss along with the rapid development of many cities in our country. Old districts as a high population density area (mostly refers to resident and employment population) collected kinds of residential, commercial, cultural and other facilities, but its road width and traffic space is limited which induced the increasingly contradictions between all kinds of mixed traffic and the limited road space resources.The traffic problems of old districts reflect the main traffic problems of the whole city.Whereas the non-motor vehicle trips in old districtss often account for over 30% of the total amount of travel, So old districts traffic problem mainly represents for competing for road space between the non-motor vehicles and cars, however the present road traffic space allocation more inclined to the car, so the transport facilities is mainly for car which could make the motor vehicle traffic in a passive position on the road space.In this paper we took Xu Chang old districts as an example, first studied the key problems in design of old districts bicycle lanes, then focused on the traffic characteristics of old districts, the basic characteristic of the old districts traffic flow and the key issues need considered in the bicycle lanes planning, combined with practical engineering and then put forward the old districts bicycle lanes design theory which could be applied in practice. The specific content of the papers was shown as follows:First of all, the problems of the old districts road such as traffic parking facilities, infrastructure, bicycle traffic safety as well as the accessibility were summarized based on the analysis of XiAn, XuZhou and KaiFeng city traffic status, and then analyzed the root causes of the problem, in order to emphasize the importance of planning design of bicycle lanes.Secondly, the related literatures at home and abroad were analyzed from three aspects including the bicycle traffic flow theory, the bicycle traffic demand and bike paths planning and design, then summarizes the research results, which has been done provided a theoretical basis and support for the full text of the research.Thirdly, the thesis studied the bicycle traffic travel characteristics from macro and micro aspects and then analyzed the factors that influence the bicycles and analysis on the old districts bicycle traffic problems, then analyzed the type of bike lanes, the old bicycle road planning principle, planning and road network planning method, intersection and some the key problems in traffic environment design.Finally, the present situation and problems of the old districts traffic were investigated and analysed and existing problems in the bicycle traffic were pointed out, the bicycle road design experience at home and abroad combined with the actual situation of the old districts road bike path in order to present practical development goals and strategies, and summarized the problems of bicycle lanes design which needed pay attention to, so as to put forward the corresponding solution strategy.
